I ordered shoes for $712 I have tried to look up my order ID and I have nothing ! It says do not exist and other sites ship item out in less than 24 hours it’s been 48 hours since no email about nothing . I should have read these reviews because now I’m very skeptical and need my shoes by February 24th this is very important for our wedding and I wouldn’t understand why there would be any delays mid February. Y’all need to reach out to me and send my package and the only reason I came here is because you have yet to reply to me so to make this a decent experience for us both ship my item out please and I will be sure to switch my review if this exceeds my expectations because I don’t have these doubtful worries with other sites I’m just asking you guys to work with me

I order clothing from all over the world and Coltorti is absolutely legitimate. Purchased a $5300 Max Mara coat for 2600. It arrived beautifully packaged and is authentic. I experienced great communication with them - they ship DHL and I received the coat 5 days from the day of purchase which included a weekend!!!

This company sold me a belt basically made backwards and with no belt loop and when I asked for a refund they were short and nasty and did not fix my issue. Spend your money elsewhere

Eight days ago, I had no idea this seller existed. Was looking for a North Face jacket and Coltorti had it at a very reasonable price. Ordered/fufilled/shipped within 5 days and in my hands two days later. Excellent customer care with continuous updates about order progress. What was most impressive, what will cause me remember this seller for future purchases, was the attention to detail in packaging. The jacket didn't come shoved in a plastic mailing bag, but beautifully wrapped in Coltorti paper inside a box, which was wrapped in heavy shipping plastic. I'd be willing to overlook Coltorti's expensive shipping charges just to receive another beautifully-wrapped order. Excellent seller, no hesitation to purchase from again and recommend.
