United States | 16 January 2022I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo Bing Flats at Coltorti and as soon as the parcel arrives, I tried it on on my carpet and immediately could tell the look wasn’t right. I compared to my boutique purchased Bing 65 and the stamping at the soles were drastically different and inconsistent. Not only that, by the time I took notice of the soles it was unfortunately stained with liquid spots. I wasn’t sure if the shoes came in this condition or I had accidentally stained it while trying on my carpets. I proceeded to customer service and let them know I’d like to return for a refund as I strongly believe the authenticity has been compromised. I also attached pictures I took of the bottom sole to let them know of the condition. However, customer service of course argues that everything from Coltorti is authentic and everything was QC’ed before sending out. They weren’t willing to take the shoes back because the soles were stained. I later noticed a scuff on the top side of a mule which is quite impossible unless you run the shoes against a texture wall. Anyhow, they at last offered me a 10% refund but I was especially upset with their attitude. It almost sound like, “well if you still insist the scuff came this way, we’ll refund you some money so you can go away”. I absolutely will not recommend even my enemy to do business with Coltorti.

Delivery should of been to my door. Response to Coltori on 1/12/20222 Yes I understand due to Covid no contact. However this was not a anit- Covid delivery. This delivery was not placed at my door it was left in a public hallway where millions of people enter and exit a location. My delivery was not left in front of my door with notification of contactless delivery. Please review how and where this package was left, because it was not to my apartment door. Thank you

But the reason I don't give a 5 💫, cause of shipping, DHL collect more money from me to deliver my items. It's was told to me to pay almost 150$us to get my items who already paid taxes+ shipping when I did place the order. So if you leaving in the US, before you order from the EU make sure you have the extra money for delivery customs and read all the conditions method of shipping

But the customer care told me it's because my payments were suspicious. So I ordered one size down, but when I want to change the size it got cancelled again, but my Alipay account was debited the money. Now it's been three days and no one replied my two inquiries. It turns out that maybe they don't have the item but it's still available. This is the worst online shopping experience ever! Don't recommend this website!

I’m being told to book my own service for returning the item back to me in the US. I have asked multiple times for them to return the item to me and charge me their reasonable negotiated shipping charge. I was told no flatly. I then spent 2 hours today calling and finding one carrier that will charge me 200USD for the pick up. UNACCEPTABLE to treat your customers this way.
