I didn't see how big it was. After receiving the proof, I was able to connect with someone right away and correct it before it went to print. I absolutely will order again!

United States | 09 April 2025The mailers looks terrible. The image is compacted towards the middle of the card and do not reflect the way the card appeared on the website. I have used PrintPlace several times before for our mailers and I am extremely surprised and disappointed with the terrible quality of the product they sent me!!

The only thing that can be improved is how documents are saved when you designed your own literature. Every time you save, it keeps every copy which can be a challenge. Other than that, I will be using PrintPlace again!

However, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their shipping boxes may not be the best choice sometimes... especially when it comes to posters. I've had several orders that needed to be redone in the past because of the box being too small and damaged while shipment.

United States | 15 March 2025The quality of the printing is always as good as I ever could imagine. I've had them do seven editions of 1,000 copies of a tri-fold brochure. Whenever I've received a shipment of them, I have a tiny bit of worry that something might be a little off or an error was made. And every time I check a shipment, it takes about 5 seconds to realize: "Nope they printed it perfectly again"!

But I do have to deal with small issues every order. 1) The postcards always have a piece of color check paper in the middle every once in a while that needs to be found and removed. They also have pressure clamp marks on postcards every once in a while that need to be found and removed. These are a pain to look out for and lowers the quality overall. 8.5 x 11 stationary always have a small amount on the end of each box that is damaged from shipping where the corner got jammed in. Happens every time. I'd love for them to fix these small issues.
