I ordered tickets that did not arrive on time. I even paid for two day shipping. The tickets were supposed to ship on the 19th due to a Print Place issues, they did not ship until the 22nd. Shipping time was longer than estimated as I paid for two days and it has taken four.

Excellent price, I wish the paper (Wrap around) was a bit stronger and more resilient but hey, for the price, from now on, I'm ordering from this company!

I ordered Matte save the dates and they came in a good timeframe. With that being said the coloring of our picture DEFINITELY was dull and dark. The picture is much darker when printed so it’s made it much less bright and cheerful. Quality is fine but nothing special.

I've done several print orders with them. They are always professional. Their prints are high quality and arrive in a timely manner. When I needed to speak with someone, they were cordial and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Flyers were beyond expected. Great color and glossy paper. Thinner than expected but overall great and will reorder.

i make a castor lure for beaver trapping . the labels are a perfect fit for my jars and were reasonably priced , GREAT JOB .

Not up to expectations. Paper weight received did not match weight of similar weight samples. Little thin. Gloss was not consistent on both sides.

I received my order and it was not correct and I have been trying to get a replacement, I was told an "investigation" was happening and I would receive a reply in 1-2 days, (no reply) I followed up again and was told to expect a call back in 2-4 hours (no reply) I still do not any information regarding the shipment of my CORRECT order days later. They outsource to a call center based in the Philippines, NO customer service in the USA.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING 8 WEEKS FOR MY ORDER AND THEN WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TODAY THEY SENT ME SOMEONE ELSES ORDER, THEY SENT 2000 BUSINESS CARDS BELONGING TO SOMEONE IN FLORIDA, I LIVE IN OREGON. I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER TO LET HIM KNOW I GOT HIS ORDER AND I OFFERED TO SHIP TO HIM NEXT DAY SO HIS ORDER WOULD NOT BE DELAYED, BUT WHO GOT MY 1000 STICKERS IS THE QUESTION???

I paid an extra $200 for expedited 2 day shipping. It took 4 days to get my order. I ordered 100 custom boxes. I received 95 boxes which put me in a bind to get my products out. Customer service flat out lied to me every time I called to get an update on shipping date. They also wanted pictures of the boxes I did not receive. Like I knew they were going to short me before I started packing my orders! Horrible company with horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone

You deliver the 4x9 printed material. The weight of the paper was wrong. It's too thin. I wanted thick paper and I can't use them now. What to do?

The ordering process was easy and efficient, and we were able to make revisions to our files after examining the proof and still receive our order on time. However when I received them today, I noticed a white line at the top the flyers, as if the bleed didn’t extend the edge of the page as shown in the proof.

I was struggling with getting a banner and Stapes messed up the colors twice and the price was double of what I paid here. Now PrintPlace fulfilled the my order exactly the way I wanted it. Great quality, speed and experience. Highly recommend their print works.

I feel like there was a total lack of communication. I had to talk to 3 different people to find out the status of my order. No one could give me an answer. It seemed like I placed the order and it went into a black hole.
