The flyers look good. I notice the logo is not as centered as the proof showed. Also, they were folded incorrectly. I am correcting that as we send them out.

My 2-sided flyer was only printed one side. The document was 2-pages for front and back.

The folding business cards did not printed as I expected. You left a lot of blank space on both sides and when you open the card to the inside it would be nice if I could use both ends.

The numbering machine was down again so the order was delayed and I had to call to find out a ship date. The website did not reflect the fact they would be late. I did receive overnight delivery for free but communication would be great when an order is late. I believe this has happened before with the numbering machine. I do use Print Place for a lot of printing and usually, there isn't an issue. The print quality is great!

Really fast shipping and quality products every time.

Expedited shipping did not occur due to a printing issue. The order arrived 2 business days later with envelopes that contained printed misfeeds. Though 66% of the expedited shipping fee was refunded, we are not pleased with our first order from this company. However, their customer service department was kind and helpful in providing updates.
