Our order turned out amazing. We had to do a custom print job so I needed to speak with someone over the phone. Their customer service is great, they understood exactly what we needed, and if they didn't they asked all the right questions. Have ordered from PrintPlace multiple times, and will continue to do so.

The final print job came out fine...finally. I don't know what is going on at PrintPlace though. This was a reorder of a job I have ordered every year for the past 9 years. This time my reorder did not place an order but created a quote and I had to talk with 3 different ladies in customer service. I had to keep calling back because the custom trim was not being acknowledged. I also talked with 3 specialists who tried to communicate to the print department also, yet I had to reject 3 proofs because instead of including my custom trim for a 7.75" rack card, they were just centering my artwork on a 9" rack card. I kept being told my artwork was too small for a 9" card. It's a custom trim!!! So I finally remade the artwork to be a 9" card and drew a dotted line at 7.75" that said custom trim. Then I got a notice my artwork was too big for my order for a 7.75 card!! I wrote 3 emails and included everyone I had communicated with only to get a generic response back from customer service. Finally, 4 days later, I got a proof back that was correct and I approved it and the job was printed and mailed in record time. Honestly the ordering process was a NIGHTMARE. I'm extremely hesitant to order any of my other custom trim rack cards from Printplace, and I don't know how to get ahold of anyone to help me in the future. NO ONE HAS gone out of the way to apologize or make this right. A total refund would not be enough to make up for the hassle of this order. I hate to give a bad review because I have given 5 stars on ALL my projects for the past 10 years or more. Something is changing for the worse but I'm not sure what it is—ownership, management, QA, customer service, staff? I hope it can get back to the way it used to be.

Excellent quality. Fast service. Great Customer service. I had to resubmit a design that had a mistake. Took less than 5 minutes to resolve using their chat function.

Responsive customer service and great to actually talk to someone re: my order. Initially, the first round of corrections didn’t show up on my proof but the team remedied right away after I called to double check to see if it was my user error. They turned around quickly!

Item ordered was just as we had hoped, arrived on time and in good condition, and the cost was very reasonable.

In the past I ordered a bookmark from Printplace that was 14 pt thickness with glossy finish. I loved it! This time I decided to go with 14 pt matte finish, but did not realize the bookmark would be a lot more flimsy. Wishing I'd known before I ordered 1,000. Other than that, super satisfied. Service was so much faster than expected that I had to hunt down someone to get the box off my porch, as I was away for a week!

I paid extra for delivery on the 17th. It arrive at 9pm on the 18th. Missed taking the brochures to a weekend event. VERY disappointed!

I recently did a rush job through PrintPlace - and I was so satisfied with the finished product! It was of excellent quality and was finished in a tight turnaround. I had problems with the AI approving my art, so they took care of it and fixed the details. The personal care I received was invaluable. Color this time was spot on -- the file prep could be more pronounced, as some online prefers RGB art and others, like Print Place, prefer CMYK. The paper seems less bright than what I remember from last time, and that's a disappointment. But the art fit as per pdf proof, the color was good (yay!) and the postcard does its job. Brighter paper would have made this a 9 rating; the overall impression is a touch on the dingy side. I rank this as 7.5-8.0.

Delivered on time, packaged with care, postcards and stickers look exactly how I hoped they would!
