Their customer service is great, they understood exactly what we needed, and if they didn't they asked all the right questions. Have ordered from PrintPlace multiple times, and will continue to do so.

United States | 08 September 2023The final print job came out fine...finally. I don't know what is going on at PrintPlace though. This was a reorder of a job I have ordered every year for the past 9 years. This time my reorder did not place an order but created a quote and I had to talk with 3 different ladies in customer service. I had to keep calling back because the custom trim was not being acknowledged. I also talked with 3 specialists who tried to communicate to the print department also, yet I had to reject 3 proofs because instead of including my custom trim for a 7.75" rack card, they were just centering my artwork on a 9" rack card. I kept being told my artwork was too small for a 9" card. It's a custom trim!!! So I finally remade the artwork to be a 9" card and drew a dotted line at 7.75" that said custom trim. Then I got a notice my artwork was too big for my order for a 7.75 card!! I wrote 3 emails and included everyone I had communicated with only to get a generic response back from customer service. Finally, 4 days later, I got a proof back that was correct and I approved it and the job was printed and mailed in record time. Honestly the ordering process was a NIGHTMARE. I'm extremely hesitant to order any of my other custom trim rack cards from Printplace, and I don't know how to get ahold of anyone to help me in the future. NO ONE HAS gone out of the way to apologize or make this right. A total refund would not be enough to make up for the hassle of this order. I hate to give a bad review because I have given 5 stars on ALL my projects for the past 10 years or more. Something is changing for the worse but I'm not sure what it is—ownership, management, QA, customer service, staff? I hope it can get back to the way it used to be.

This time I decided to go with 14 pt matte finish, but did not realize the bookmark would be a lot more flimsy. Wishing I'd known before I ordered 1,000. Other than that, super satisfied. Service was so much faster than expected that I had to hunt down someone to get the box off my porch, as I was away for a week!

United States | 06 August 2023Color this time was spot on -- the file prep could be more pronounced, as some online prefers RGB art and others, like Print Place, prefer CMYK. The paper seems less bright than what I remember from last time, and that's a disappointment. But the art fit as per pdf proof, the color was good (yay!) and the postcard does its job. Brighter paper would have made this a 9 rating; the overall impression is a touch on the dingy side. I rank this as 7.5-8.0.
