I received quite unbelievable help via phone calls when my order needed attention. I told me assistant "These people really seem to care and they are helping more than I thought they would. I hope I'm happy with the product when it arrives". Guess what? I was very happy with the flyers they printed for me!

I placed a reorder for labels for our business and looked at the first of 4 proofs.. the only change that was made on the order was 1 space added on the last line of all 4 labels, not the line that had a mistake. I was sent 4 proofs, I looked at the last line to make sure all had the added space and read every line on the first label proof, it was correct… who would of thought that the last three proofs had 1 digit changed (all the same digit) in the phone #… Now I have been asked to eat $1000.00 because someone can’t copy and paste and added 1 change in the middle of a a string of 10 numbers… Sorry I’m not a proof reader, that’s why I pay you.:. You made the change to copy that was correct not me.

Great customer service. I couldn't get the system to accept my upload but the online chat assistance was able to help so that I didn't need to cancel my order. Stickers came on time and love the way they look. However, I don't like that it's so hard to remove the backing. Sometimes it only peels the top paperback and won't get to the adhesive until after I keep playing and bending it to get it off. Aside from that, LOVE IT.

A lot of good 2000 pieces did me when half were ruined in transit. Shrink wrapping would solve that problem.

Ordered 1000 plastic business cards with a QR code email link on the back. Printing was clear enough that the code works, my biggest concern, card material was solid and just the right thickness.

My first order was a rush order and it came out great. My second order was at the normal delivery speed and the ends of the retractable banner bar were loose but I thought it was because the metal had been slightly crushed in the delivery of the package (the package was in fact torn which isn't a problem with the company.) In asking support how it might be possible to repair myself, support determined best plan of action was to just reprint the banner (though this took a great deal of time.) I just paid for the $22 in shipping on the replacement. The replacement banner for the one damaged in the mail came in in a pristine package BUT on opening it only half of the vinyl was attached to the top banner bar. So this one is more useless than the one that was damaged in shipping. So now I have two banners that are subpar that I need to see if any Youtube videos can help me repair. One the fault of delivery and the replacement is very clearly subpar quality controls. Great rush order and lucky it wasn't damaged but stars are based on quality and lack of consistency in the product as a whole. The printing itself is quality but that's useless if the stand is broken or not attached properly more than 50% of the time. I am not sure if I'm going to use this company for anything that involved a metal frame again. It IS the largest possible retractable banner so I may give them a shot on a tabletop ... especially if I can find info online about how to repair these myself.

Production was very slow. It took a full 3 weeks for the order to arrive. Customer service wasn't very helpful in expediting the production. Overall experience is great I have placed quite a few orders already. The quality is very good!

My order was overlooked. I called a few days before my expected delivery date to check on it and it hadn’t even been printed yet. You did print and Fed X it right away which I appreciated. My stickers arrived last night, but in looking them over I discovered quite a few where the design was off center. I’m not sure that I’d use you again.

I gave 3 orders at the same time. I received 2 of them last week with bad quality the last one they said delivered but I never received it. When I asked them maybe the package is stolen they said contact to fedex we can't do anything. No help, bad quality. I paid $250 for NOTHING. They also charge me $65 shipping which was 2 small boxes. That's unbelievable. Never work again. Please do not work

I scouted this company out when we were deciding to change who we used for our birthday cards. They sent out a sample box that helped us determine quality and preference for cards. We did have a small issue with an order, but had it taken care of quickly. Sharai did a great job assisting me with the problem and Ma. Nikka was the agent that helped me (chat or phone) when trying to determine how to pick a card (Vertical or Horizontal). We appreciate the quality team you have in place. Thank you!

The banner turned out GREAT! I was thankful that you all have a link to stock images that you're able to change the low resolution to high resolution. That's a great feature. The only thing I felt was overly priced was the shipping and handling fee. Other than that, I was pleased with the product!

I’ve used this company a few times and have had issues with a few orders. Following email confirmation, I was sent a product that didn’t meet the confirmed details. With my latest order, the product was fine though the site wasn’t clear in my opinion as I thought I was purchasing a product and a service.

You would think four retractable banners would be no big deal for a company such as PrintPlace, right? Apparently not. Honesty, integrity, and quality products are not what they excel at. What they do excel at is deception, lying, and shoddy printing. I proceeded to place my order for three sets of retractable banners, ten in total, on a Tuesday, and I needed my project in whole by Thursday, Friday at the latest. Fully doable according to their website. Art was ready, they just needed to print, assemble, and ship. Even though they are only 4 hours away via highway, I still purchased their one-day turn and overnight shipping just to be safe. The art from the first two sets uploaded just fine. No proof necessary. I trust them. The third would not take. All the art was the same size, but for some reason, the last one wouldn’t go through. This was late in the evening after their working hours, so I figured I would just chat with them the following morning. I did, and the gentleman on the other end of the chat accepted my art. PDF proof came a few hours later, and I accepted it. We might be in good shape for Friday. By this time my first two sets had already printed and shipped, and I already had my tracking numbers. Later in the day on Wednesday, I get the notification that there were problems with the art. Fine. I’ll fix. I’ll upload. No proof necessary, because I need these ASAP. TWENTY-FOUR HOURS LATER, I get a call with them telling me that they couldn’t figure out which page from a multi-page PDF to print. This was after I had already uploaded and approved two of the SAME graphics previously. My fault for the multi-page PDF, but looking at the previous uploads should have indicated which page to print. This happened well after the fulfillment window, and getting the banners by Friday was now impossible. The customer service rep I spoke to (over the phone), Jennilyn, offered Saturday delivery and a $200-something refund after being unable to explain why they decided to wait until the last possible second to try and fix the order so that I couldn’t get my banners in time. She gave me answers off of her job aid/cheat sheet and couldn’t give me a REAL explanation on why so long in processing my art. Out of options, I had to accept and beg my customer for forgiveness for the delay. What else can I do at this point? Thursday comes, and FedEx delivers the first two sets. I unpack and inspect. A couple of the banners are shredded in the lower corners. It looks like the assembly crew assembled the banners in their stands as fast as they could without any regard for quality assurance. You pay for expedited service, you risk getting a lesser quality product I guess. As I wait Saturday like an old man in my rocker on my front porch to accept the remaining banners that I’m supposed to deliver first thing Monday morning to my client, the delivery NEVER arrives as promised by Jennilyn. I check the tracking numbers they provided with my order, and FedEx tells me that the labels weren’t even created until AFTER Friday’s last overnight drop. Mid-Monday comes. Still no delivery from PrintPlace. I decide to start a chat to check the status of the shipment. I get someone named Saint-something. I unfortunately, didn’t screen grab the chat, so I didn’t get his full name. After lengthy delays in responses, he eventually tells me that the shipment was sent out on Friday earlier in the afternoon. “Were they picked up by FedEx?” “Yes, we shipped them FedEx.” “But did FedEx pick them up?” No straight answer. I also asked if they specified Saturday delivery since this is a box you have to check with FedEx. No direct answer and dodging every question I ask. He promises to get more information and will call or email by 3:00 CDT with a status update. You can guess where this went. I received neither the phone call nor email promised. Later in the evening I continue to check the tracking info provided. Lo and behold, FedEx picked up the shipment at 8:17 in the evening… on the Monday after the Friday they were supposed to be shipped that I was told by Saint-something and Jennilyn. Hopefully, this novel provides some of you what you may be up against when ordering printing through PrintPlace.
