Our travel advisor, Natalie Brown, was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgable and really helpful in sourcing us great tickets and advising on our travel. She had experience of visiting Japan and was able to offer us some great tips for our travel ahead. A Round the World trip has to be thoughtfully considered. You make the choices and then your travel consultant couples it all with reality. This is the second time we have used Travel Nation and Claire did not disappoint. We had a rough idea of what we wanted included in our trip to Thailand and Claire was able to fine tune this to our exact requirements. Our guide in Bangkok for our many tours was very knowledgable, helpful and kind. He made the tours interesting and fun. Kanchanaburi and the Float House Hotel were incredible, we wished we had stayed an extra night. The Elephant Hills camp in the Khao Sok national park was an unforgettable experience. The camp was stunning and all the trips were brilliant. The Devasom Hotel in Khao Lak, chosen by Claire, was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of luxury and to be spoilt. It is situated on a beautiful, almost deserted beach and is very peaceful. The breakfasts here are on another level. I would highly recommend Travel Nation when booking a long haul holiday.

We have recently returned from our honeymoon on the islands of French Polynesia. Ruth Koessel has been our travel advisor and put together the most fantastic itinerary for us, which included visiting Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, and Tikehau. She was very very knowledgeable about the islands and how best to travel round them, and we found the process of booking so easy. The holiday in itself was so straight forward to as Ruth had booked all the flights and transfers which made our honeymoon so relaxing as well as super enjoyable. Excellent service from Jim at TravelNation, sorting out a return trip to Aotearoa / New Zealand via Tokyo, and coming back through Bali and Oman. He was there all the way, to advise on changing itineraries, seat reservations, online checkins and so on. Highly recommended.

What a great company with awesome staff. Everything that Claire recommended and planned was ideal for us. We had a complicated tour with various flights, boat trips, transfers and accommodation. Claire organised everything for our one month trip to Australia. She suggested all the locations, accommodation, trips etc and all of them were amazing. Everything went so smoothly and we had a few domestic flights, trips, care hire etc so I was a bit worried we would be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The app we had for our mobiles was great and told me what we were doing each day - we would have been lost without it! Definitely recommend!!!

Great interactions with Jim our point of contact in the company. Even on his days off others within the company kept us up to date. The company listens to wants and needs and suggested and organised a number of fab trips. A magical trip covering Brazil, Peru and Mexico to see three of the seven wonders of the world.

Travel Nation have always given us excellent service. Recently we had problems with flight cancellations on a holiday to New Zealand and Australia. Travel Nation found us good alternative flights very quickly. Their representatives were so helpful and so friendly. We would have been in real difficulty without their help. Round the World flight schedule, seats, airlines all worked out great….and fantastic value going West NOT east.

We have previously asked Travel Nation to organize multiple flights for us, we then asked them to put a trip together for us to visit Vietnam and Thailand. Our most recent trip was to Cambonia, returning a few weeks ago. Without exception, this company has delivered to the highest expectation. Our trip to Cambodia on our return from Australia was everything we had anticipated and more.

Our agent Charlie worked tirelessly to repeatedly rearrange our round the world trip which had been planned to commence January 2021. We have now had a fabulous trip to San Francisco, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. There were ongoing disruptions before and during the trip due to extreme weather. Charlie was a constant reassuring source of help and responded effectively to alter booking and re book flights as needed. All our stays were in excellent hotels and B and Bs. We will definitely get back to Travel Nation for our next big trip!
