Charlie at Travel Nation has been fantastic once again. We used this company for a trip to Canada last year and was so impressed we have got them to arrange our trip to South Africa in April. They arrange their trips to fit your needs with times, dates, accommodation, car hire etc to suit what you want. Can't fault them and will use them again.

Heard about the agency through a friend, rang, it was Covid time !!! so nothing transpired for a while but once travel was available again I told Chris (extremely helpful and very knowledgeable) what our requirements were, air travel to Australia via a stopover in Singapore for a few days. Was asked when we wanted to travel, answered, left it with him, e-mail soon followed with some options. Decision soon made, again left it all with him. Nothing more to do (pay of course) just get our visas (he even reminded us about various paperwork required) and book the taxi to Heathrow. What can I say, completely painless from my side, Chris did all the work. For us, perfect. Used his agency twice now, third trip in the offing. Thoroughly recommended.

Travel Nation came to us by way of recommendation. We were travelling to New Zealand over the Christmas period and though we would normally try to book it ourselves being as there were layovers etc we thought it best to leave it to the professionals. Natalie, our sales advisor, did a fantastic job! We had the best time! This is the 3rd time I've flown to New Zealand, we have family there, and this was by far the best flight I've had so far.

We both really appreciated the excellent hotels, resorts and the Safari Lodge. Each and every venue was excellent and the safari experience was unparalleled. Your reactivity when we had an issue was also much appreciated and really took away any stress we might otherwise have experienced. As ever, Jim Faulkner at Travel Nation put together the most cost effective alternative to the rip off airline prices for our Christmas trip to family in Australia. I had almost given up on my own research due to the inflated prices, but Jim came up with a great alternative and suggested a stopover in Santa Monica. This turned out very well to break the long haul back to the UK. Great hotel suggestion too. always happy to trust Jim with our requirements

Travel nation organised all our flights but not our cruise. Flight to Maldives and collection all ran smoothly. Island recommended by them was perfect for what we wanted …all inclusive, small island, excellent snorkelling and diving, food and drinks great and everyone so friendly and helpful. Then flight to Dubai to collect the cruise to Singapore. Hotels booked byTravel Nation were excellent, pick-ups on time and got WhatsApp messages to tell us where they were etc.and Dubai went to the extreme as we were held up at passport and luggage and he waited patiently. Singapore hotel was excellent and everything we wanted was within easy reach by Metro, bus or taxi. Flight home was also excellent. Any enquiries we had before we left were dealt with efficiently and quickly so really can’t praise them more and we have used them for several years now and will do again.

Travelnation offers a vast number of itineraries covering all continents. Their website is clear and user friendly. Their agents can provide the best advice as they have visited most of the countries. I have booked a few round the world trips with them and on each occasion, Jim (the agent I dealt with) has been very patient and offered invaluable advice and suggestions. He has also always worked out the best flights to avoid long layovers. My next venture is Japan and Polynesia, and once again Jim has made suggestions and worked out the perfect itinerary with great patience on his part. I am a solo female backpacker in my seventies.

Prepared a detailed itinerary for us very quickly and were prompt in amending the details when our plans changed. Have used these guys before and would use them again!

Helped us create the holiday of a lifetime! Started the process over a year ago and Ruth has been brilliant at suggesting things and helping us along the way. there have been many alterations to the original itinerary but we returned home from Singapore today and have had the very best of times. My first long-haul trip and Travel Nation, in particular Natalie, made the travelling to New Zealand, Tasmania and back again an absolute dream.
