From start to finish, the organisation by Scott at Travel Nation was nothing short of outstanding. From the outset, Scott listened to what we wanted and didnt try to persuade us otherwise. We always felt that Scott wanted to deliver what we saw as a potentially perfect vacation to California. Nothing was overlooked and everything we asked for, was catered for - hotels close to where we asked to be; a hire car like the one we requested; flights at precisely the time we asked for. Equally, the support we received in terms of documentation ahead of the trip (links, pictures, info) was top class. We felt like we knew exactly where we were going and what we would encounter when there. Close to our departure, we were advised that one of the hotels booked, had double booked. Scott acted immediately and worked with us, providing outstanding alternatives. The one he helped us choose was first class. I think the one thing anyone wants when going on holiday, is that there are no surprises, hiccups or issues that were not highlighted ahead of departure. I can safely say that this was very much the case - spot on and thanks Scott and Travel Nation for your constant attention to detail and support.

We just got back from an amazing 2 and a half weeks travelling America and I just cannot recommend anyone more than Travel Nation for sorting it all out and the hotels they picked. We were always right where we should be in each place, fantastic locations and them sorting all the flights and hotels was a god send. This is our second time of using Travel Nation, on both occasions we tried to use flight centre if we had we would be still waiting and our first around the world trip was back in 2014, haven't never embarked on such a trip then we were very nervous about flights, hotels, etc but it was all unfounded, Travel Nation guided us through the process without any problems and our trip was amazing, so in 2022 when we decided to go again, we had no problem in going straight to them, although again we contacted flight center for a secondary quote, but yet again totally unhelpful, David at Travel Nation could not have been better, every question, worry and problem we faced was professionally handled, we now have all our flights(12 in total) all bar 2 in business class in place with seats reserved several months before travelling meaning time can now be spent, planning what to do and where to go in every different country, thank you David and the Travel Nation team for all your help and professional courteous service.

The trip of our dreams ... organised with minimum fuss and as we wanted at a great price. Thanks to Natalie for being so helpful and arranging our round the world experience. We would recommend Travel Nation as experts for getting this done!

Difficult times, pandemic and uncertainty globally - Then it is good to have a travel company, and not least, a personal agent who makes sure that our wishes for a quiet and peaceful holiday far away from everything and with sufficient experiences is taken care of. We were actually supposed to travel in 2020 but have had to postpone the trip twice, with all that entails of practical challenges. Terrific trip to the US. Many thanks to Scott from Travel Nation for making our trip so memorable. Flights, all worked perfectly.The hotels in,New Orleans, Philadelphia and NYC were all spot on. Great locations, close or right in the middle of all the tourist attractions. The Crescent train from New Orleans to Philadelphia was a highlight and it can’t go unmentioned the NYC city pass covering most of the major attractions and the 30 minute Helicopter tour of New York deserve special mentions and will live in our memories for years. To conclude. It was a great trip, really well planned and organised, Scott was really helpful with lots of suggestions , many from his own experiences of visiting the cities. Highly recommended

I usually book my travel myself but decided to use a travel agent for our family trip to Florida as there were so many different parts to the holiday - and I'm so glad I did! Not only was our agent Jim Faulkner full of great suggestions about things to do and where to stay, he had to rebook the whole holiday three times due to the pandemic (originally booked for March 2020 but we finally went this April - 2022). Jim was working under the most stressful conditions at such a turbulent time for the travel industry, but he was always so patient and helpful. I was looking to book a holiday for my parents to visit me in Australia and there was only one company I would trust with such precious cargo, and that is Travel Nation. I'll start with a disclaimer that I used to work for Travel Nation many years ago, and have since emigrated to Australia. From my time working with them I understand that not only are they exceptional at devising great value travel itineraries no matter how complex, you are also treated to a personalised service from a local company (based in lovely Brighton) that cares about its customers. With the complications that Covid have brought to planning travel, I know that if things should become problematic again that Travel Nation will be there to support us and have the knowledge to navigate us through any issues. Ruth was our travel agent and helped organise our honeymoon. We did a few days in Dubai and then a week in the Maldives. Right from the start she was great at listening to what we wanted and found the perfect hotel/resort for us. She was really good at responding to all my questions quickly too!
