Travel Nation took us around the world from Japan, through Fiji to New Zealand and then to San Fransisco. They customised the whole trip to our needs, listening carefully to what we wanted and didn't want and then delivered - perfectly. Their choice of hotels and accommodation was particularly good, we were often blown away by the location and the quality, they certainly knew places that we would never have discovered. Our agent Kelly was a wonder, always there, always on top of things. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

Travel Nation organised our trip covering 75 days, 6 countries, 16 flights, 33 hotels, 4 day trips, 3 hire cars and a ferry and we can’t believe how incredibly smoothly the whole thing went. It was tailored perfectly to suit our needs. Hotels were excellent with some incredible locations. Olly, our agent, listened to everything we were looking for in the build up whilst creating the trip and stayed in touch throughout to answer any queries. Olly at Travel Nation organised the most amazing trip of a lifetime for us to Australia and New Zealand. He took care of everything including flights, car hire, ferry crossing, rail tickets and all the accommodation. In the travel pack he had included suggestions of must see places in each location and recommendations of restaurants and other points of interest all whilst keeping within our budget. The accommodation he selected for us was spot on, location for each hotel was excellent. He really listened to our brief and tailor made our trip to that, highly recommend Olly and Travel Nation and in fact we have already asked Olly to tailor make another trip for us to the States.

I contacted Travel Nation in June 2023 when we were planning a 4 month trip, departing in September, to Australia and New Zealand and spoke to Scott. I gave him a broad outline of where we wanted to go and for how long. He came up with an initial itinerary which we discussed and he then tailored it to something which was perfect for our requirements. Scott organized a round-the-world trip, suggesting stays in Singapore and Fiji before completing the round the world aspect by staying in Honolulu for our final 3 nights. I contacted Travel Nation to help me tailor a 6 week solo trip to South America (Peru Bolivia, Chile, Easter Island, Buenos Aires and Antarctica. My Travel consultant Grainne was amazing and helped build the perfect package including flights which there were many during my 6 week period. The whole trip from start to finish was amazing! I had the best time!

All plans before and during our trip were very thorough. Our consultant was great with suggestions and listened to what we wanted. We were travelling with a relative from Australia and this went seamlessly. Everything went smoothly - flights, car hire and accommodation were excellent. She even arranged good weather!!!

Our agent Olly Minnis was excellent from start to finish in our trip to Costa Rica. He had great suggestions for us and patiently reworked itineraries with our ideas until it was just right. We had several calls back and forth to finalise plans and even giving us excellent first hand advice and tips having got back from a trip there himself. Very responsive on the run up and even while we were on the trip for any queries we had to ask. We have used Travel Nation for several trips now, the fact that we are return customers should speak for itself. The staff are always helpful, well informed and understanding. They are able to get the best prices for multiple stop trips. I have tried to match them by doing my own research and can never get anywhere close to the TN quote. Our trips have always gone well without any hitches. Our latest trip was a round trip from Lisbon Portugal to Melbourne, via Dubai and Kuala Lumpur on the way out and Singapore Dubai on the way back. We are senior travellers and find it's much better to have flight times of around seven or eight hours and then a few nights break in between. Travel Nation staff are most competent at organising this.

The information provided and expert assistance is what we needed when planning this round the world trip. Jim did a great job for us and we appreciated his patience and help in finding solutions to our travel requests.

Great experience using Travel Nation for the first time for our Thailand holiday - Olly Minnis has been so great right from the start, with planning itineraries and different options, switching things around, super flexible etc nothing was too much of an ask. Olly has always been available and contactable too, before and after booking, very different to how we have found the larger travel agents to be. Travel Nation consultant pulled together a complex travel schedule quickly and effectively, providing good documentation and online support. Flights, motorhome hire, and in-country transfers all worked more or less without difficulty, indicative of the quality of the company's agents.

I’m pleased I arranged my trip through Travel Nation. Chris was friendly and helpful and gave me very clear information. Also as prices have gone up considerably since I last travelled he was able to find me a good price for the trip.
