She provided a professional and extremely friendly service throughout the numerous weeks help she provided to ensure we got the best RTW ticket possible. Brilliant and really quick service

I have used Travel Nation twice now for trips around the Southern Hemisphere. Each time, Chris tailored everything to my needs and pocket. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept up to date every step of the way. He took all the stress out of it for me and, as a pensioner travelling on my own, this made things so much easier for me. I’ve just returned from a wonderful 3 week holiday with my daughter in South America. Travel Nation arranged all the flights (8 in total) and the ground arrangements for the second half of my holiday in Peru (we also went to Galapagos). What can I say! We had a wonderful experience and can’t thank David Taylor at Travel Nation enough, for taking the stress off me and arranging a magical experience. Communication was superb. David was always ready to help and responded to my emails and calls professionally and quickly, whenever I had a query. My favourite accommodation which David arranged, was in the Sacred Valley, Peru. It was a Lodge surrounded by the Peruvian mountains - stunning. Lima Tours met us at the airport and we couldn’t fault them. They were courteous, professional and punctual throughout our time there. Originally, I was going to arrange everything myself, but so glad I found David and Travel Nation through a Google search. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. Difficult to find good customer service sometimes, but you won’t have any problems if you ask for David Taylor...👍

Stefanie listened to what we wanted and put together a package that we loved. She did all the hard work for us and her insight and experience of the places we wanted to visit was invaluable.

Fantastic personal service, you MUST give them a try. We'll certainly be using this company again and again. I placed a request for assistance on a bespoke Aussie holiday to several companies who had high star Trustpilot reviews via web forms or email. Travel Nation were the first to come back and talk to me as a human. Graham Baker was my guide from Travel Nation and gave me his first hand experience of where my planned trip needed a few tweaks before he went away and got some costings for me to think over. The trip was a success and everything went smoothly including when an airline amended the times of a flight. Graham wasn't phased or frustrated, he just sorted out the changes and amended the booking appropriately. All throughout the process Graham kept in contact with me over phone and email and called me when I was available to my time scales. He even called at set points before the trip to verify I had my visas in place and I was all organised in general. Their documentation and itinerary is clear and helpful and I especially liked the additional separate airline itinerary sheet that showed departure times, this was useful in KL at immigration. For a personal service the costs were comparable to other sites and we are really glad we chose to work with Travel Nation and thank you Graham for your time and effort, you made the process easy and personal. We'll be calling back for our next trip very soon...
