The travel arrangement for our holiday in Australia were very efficient and worked extremely well. We had a great trip.We had a minor problem with an airport pickup but it was quickly resolved and Travel Nation sorted it out on our return very quickly. We were extremely pleased with the service received. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and a wonderful itinerary for our trip to Australia next year

I have bought a short tour from Travel Nation for when I am South America early next year. I contacted Adam on Tuesday to ask some questions and I received back from 'The Despatch Team' the next day a repeat of what I already had and no answers to my questions. I immediate went back to Adam and The Despatch Team said my questions remain unanswered and the silence is deafening. Did I get an immediate response saying we'll get back to you? No way. There not difficult or trick questions and not relevant when booking but detail questions that are relevant now the tour is due. The appearance is they have my money and are no longer interested

The consultants at Travelnation have always risen well to the challenges of tailor-making holidays that meet our requests. They genuinely seem to seek out the best deals. Adam who we consulted on a trip to Vietnam for next year had a wealth of personal experience that enabled him to put together a really exciting itinerary for us. We booked the Vietnam stopover (Hanoi and Halong Bay) with Graham and had a fantastic time. All the communication and information before was prompt and accurate and our holiday went smoothly, with everything organised flawlessly.
