Lily was very helpful and speedy at organising a great trip to Thailand earlier this year, which included a great mix of wildlife, city sights and relaxation at the beach. The hotels were really excellent. It was reassuring having a point of contact in the UK. She has just organised another amazing trip to Australia for next year which has been really tailor-made for our dates and wish-list. She’s given us very helpful advice about what is must-see and what is unrealistic.
