All in all great. The could be a bit quicker at replying earlier on in the quotation period. At times I wasn't sure if anyone was actually working on it. Then again I was pretty awful at replying too!

first time to Vietnam as a single traveler,had first class help ,information,etc on the area am visiting, suggestions on the trips id like to do ,no hard sell like some ....highly recommend...

The only negative point for me was the time to make the payments, being in a foreign country and have to make a bank transfer to be in the UK the next day it's not easy...

We were so busy with work and moving house before finally taking 8 months out to travel the world so decided to ask TN to organise our travel and accommodation. Our #mcgowansontour journey was tailormade for us. You can just buy flights or a whole bespoke trip like we did. We made a list of places we'd like to vist and agreed the 'must haves' and some 'nice to if we can fit them in places', we included rough dates and durations for each country then shared this with our consultant Bethanie. We also gave her some info about us and our budget. Bethanie stitched together the RTW flight tickets (19 flights each) and then we chatted again about where we'd like to stay. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Bethanie also organised private transfers and accomodation, slotted in a week long group tour in Vietnam (On the Go - which was also excellent) and she booked our campervan hire in NZ. In each city stop, the hotel locations were perfect for easy access on foot and to transport links. We had excellent local guides who met us in SE Asia and whose local knowledge added to our enjoyment and experiences. All went smoothly, without a hitch. One flight check in at Vietnam required our guide to make a phone call at the airport desk as the flight no/ ref had changed. All was sorted swiftly and we were on our way within 10 minutes. A last minute decision to do a solo around the World trip through Travel Nation. The team put together an amazing itinerary for me within the space of 1 week. The itinerary truly exceeded my expectations. All of my initial requests were fulfilled, from the central hotel locations to the efficiency of the many internal transfers within New Zealand. I found Travel Nation extremely efficient, accurate and very easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any similar trips in the future.
