Very good connection

Decent coverage and so much cheaper than just using my current Australian plan which would have charged me $5 a day. Will be recommending this to friends if they come to Vietnam.

We paid but did not get a QR code. The company is too slow in responding!! So Our vacation is almost over without getting the esim we paid. Search for sth else!!

Worked like I needed it to work during our stay in VN--two locations, never any trouble.

The e-sim was easy to get and install on my phone. Instructions to activate it, made it really easy to activate when I landed. You responded quickly to any question. It worked great anywhere I went in Da Nang.I am going back to Vietnam in a few weeks and I'll get another one for sure, so easy and it works great!!!

No issue communicating on whatsapp at all times with no drop in coverage. Problem is i bought 120GB hoping to hotspot with my laptop and discovered they had that disabled. And the best is it is suppose to come with free local call and turns out it is free for mobile number start with XXX XXX XX..... can't remember what was said so be aware of that. so for the whole 1 week i eneded using only 10GB!

Le prix reste attractif et la couverture réseau est très bonne. C’est super facile à utiliser mais pour ma part l’accès à internet n’a été possible uniquement de l’aéroport à Hanoi ville, depuis je n’ai plus accès. C’est bien dommage.

Ease of using ESIM was good. There should be an app with English option

Purchase was straight forward and turning the service on was very easy. The best was the service over what’s app provided. I had questions about the eSIM setup and the service from LKS were always there courteously answering my questions. While in Vietnam we did not suffer any service outages or coverage issues even while we were out and about in places like Ninnh Binh etc.

It was exactly what I was expecting. Easy to install in seconds on an Iphone SE (2023). I recommend without reservation.
