I went to Vietnam for a week and got GIGA 120. Very easy to set up and I have great data coverage the whole trip. This package came with a phone number but you have to pay extra to make phone calls and customer service was not super helpful

The eSim fro Gigago was recommended from a travel buddy. I’m not on top of the tech but this was easy to use with simple instructions I could understand. Once overseas I was ready to roll.

I have bought two e-sim for two different countries via Gigago but unfortunately not the best experiences. First country (Vietnam) the e-sim did not work upon arrival as promised, despite following instructions for installation to the letter. I then had to wait until I had wi fi at my hotel and then contact them. They then explained that there was a technical error with the specific e sim I had ordered and they had to send me a new one, but it was only good for 7 days. I had ordered a 30 day one. This resulted in them having to resend me multiple esim over a 3 week period so I was covered. Ultimately it worked but I wish I had simply just gotten what I had ordered that worked in the first place. Second country (India) was worse. Again, following instructions to the letter, the esim did not work. Again I had to contact via WhatsApp once on wi fi (and had no service/data from airport arrival until I got to my hotel which caused me difficulties in contacting my airport car) Once at hotel I then reviewed again the instruction email. First it identified the wrong package, with less data, then it said "for Vietnam" which was not the right country. I went through instructions again and tried to troubleshoot with no avail. instructions were wrong, as I found out after I contacted them. After finally going back and forth for an hour (and while in a rush trying to get connected so I could leave to get to a meeting) they then essentially refused to adjust the amount of data that I had ordered and left me to overpay for less data, which was the package advertised on their website! they took no responsibility instead saying their website had a technical error, but how is that my problem? So I paid for 5 gigs, got 3, and had difficulties even getting that installed. Very disappointed with their customer service, this seems to be a bait and switch ultimately. They advertise one price and package then twice I have gotten different packages and in the second case far inferior. I will not use them again.

Clear simple instructions on the process. It just worked. I had the local data sim activated and functional while still on the plane waiting to disembark in Ho Chi Minh City. Speeds and usability were great, no complaints at all. I went with the 120gb pack just so I did t have to think or ration data and I fact found the sim data far faster and more reliable than hotel wifi. Will absolutely use again, just so easy being able to pre-purchase and pre-load an esim.

Was easy to install the eSim and it worked perfectly. Was able to get reliable LTE connection even in remote areas (Ha Giang loop)!

Great experience as everything was done online and the signal was very good all over the places we visited. It helps a lot when you don’t know the language.

Received great support ( almost instantly) via WhatsApp, eSIM purchase/transaction went very smoothly and I have been using eSIM with no issues with great coverage and speed in Vietnam for the last one week. Going to buy a few more eSIMs within next few days ( for Cambodia and Thailand).

I had trouble installing a new sim - when other sim expired. I was in Vietnam helpless but used the WhatsApp helpchat. I had an immediate response to my issue and within 5 minutes the person talked me through and the new sim was installed. Just brilliant immediate service.
