Canada | 14 February 2024DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! NOT FOR ANY COST! Literally did not work and the company is crap. I tried about 15 times to connect to a network in Kota Kinabalu Malaysia and followed all the troubleshooting guidelines. It would disconnect from the network almost immediately and the company's customer service is garbage. Would not reimburse for their useless esim. I had to buy one from Ariolo which worked immediately. Had to get my money back through MasterCard. I repeat **DO NOT BUY** at any cost. Definitely scammers selling a defective product. Do yourself a favor and just buy the Ariolo one.

Poland | 07 February 2024Bought SIM card for 30 days and 10GB of data package in asia countries. I've travelled through Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Most of the time the connection was okay, only in Chiang Mai required restart. It may depends on telco operator and probably we are tier 2-3 clients. 4G connection. No issues with activation from Poland. Without this card, I cannot use Grab in the cities and Google Maps to trip. I've used this card with hotspot on my phone as well.
