Great company to deal with. There was an issue ordering where the form wouldn’t accept the “County” so ordered via Pay-pal option. I received an E-mail requesting my mobile number to arrange delivery. I then received a phone call with a delivery day & 4 hour time slot, perfect. On the day of delivery I received a call from the delivery team, Raj & Arnold saying they’d be with me in approx 30 mins and sure enough, they were. I have a steep driveway and the appliance had to go to the back of the house, all of which Raj & Arnold were happy with and I could not fault the delivery. Raj & Arnold were very professional, a credit to the company. As for the Samsung American style fridge freezer, it’s now installed and working brilliantly. I would definitely use Appliance Electronics again if required, 5 star service.

I can’t remember the chaps name that delivered the Tv but he was a great advert for the company - unpacked it all and tested it infront of me to make sure I was happy and then even offered to help me mount it on the wall - a service I’d not paid for. I would definitely buy from here again over the larger more known of high street brands.

Ordered washing machine delivered early the next day delievery team give update on delivery time unpacked item and place in location i wanted. This company matches main competitors the big plus is they only charge £7.99 for recycling for old item compared to others that charge between £20.00 to £30.00 to recycle.very good experience.

Excellent price and delivery ahead of schedule. Good communication. Only down side was that it was a large american style double fridge freezer, and they only deliver it to your door. Leaving myself and my wife to struggle through the door and hallway
