Refurbished tablet was described as being a Grade A , I see it as a Grade B- , scuff marks , scratches and discolouring on the cover .

Ordered from them, was excited to recieve my gaming tower unfortunately the first time it wasn’t working properly, kept coming up with repairing disk error even thou I had only just set it up. I left it on there for a couple days but nothing happened so had to send it back. So the company sent out another one but I still had some issues with it. This time it wasn’t setting up properly and was not responding. So we’ve sent it back again and asking for a refund. I am utterly disappointed with the product. I’m now waiting for a refund. The customer service lady was lovely.

Happy with pc, fast delivery. One of the fans was broken on delivery, contacted customer service and they offered to replace the pc or send another fan out. Opted for a replacement fan and got it the next day. Can't fault the customer service.

Most companies take their time responding, but with veno scorp not even 24hrs but I got a email and shortly after got booked for a video call from an expert which he tried his best to help me but still they did everything to try and make their product as comfortable for me as possible

Having had a look around well known retail outlets for a gaming computer for my grandson's birthday, I found the cost's for a system to with the power, graphics, & memory very costly along with the display of the tower, keyboard & mouse. Upon searching on line I found the exact system that meet all of my needs at a reasonable price & way under what I would have paid in the high street outlets. Delivery was very quick and the all I had to do was connect all the cables to their respective places and 'WOW'. My grandson was 'over the moon' the best Birthday present ever. I know it's now a time of leaning for him but, I know Veno Scorp are there to help.

Had an issue with the first pc I got. The support team managed to sort it out for me and swaped it . Although this pc lasted a few more days I’ve encounter problems with the new one that was sent out.
