There good a lot better than apple and others company’s they care about there customers

We purchased a gaming chair from the company in January 2024. While the chair itself is still in satisfactory condition, one of the arms has unfortunately broken off. The chair was purchased at a cost of £110. Upon contacting their customer service department and providing photographic evidence of the issue, we were informed that such a fault had never been encountered before and that it must have been caused by excessive force. However, it is important to note that the metal component snapped, rather than bending, which suggests that the material may have been defective. EDIT: After review, customer service contacted us again and offered a new chair, which we greatfully accepted. Moved to 3 stars - however, this only happened because we had to fight for customer service that should have been there from the start!

Very good service, my partner bought me a pc but unfortunately as she know nothing about them she got me one that couldn't do what I need it to. With just a few emails explaining the situation, I was able sort a return and refund. To make sure I got the correct one second time round I rang them, reception tried to put me through to the sales time for advice but nobody was available but did ring me back the next day (was evening time when I rang). Definitely recommend

If any staff member replies to this or sees this,do not even talk to me abt the Christmas time and that staff have been off you should still be working at your age unless you have non experienced teens building and restricting these computers,don’t try hide the fact that you refuse refunds because you are so lazy,don’t give a poo about our customers and how you treat us,I’m a highly advanced programmer for a team that goes by the initials CIDS and I will personally also working with my team members,I work part time with the CIA teams during certain months,and recently I have seen so many scams from this place and will be personally taking further action,I’ve already spoken with some people,they have also reported you to significant amount of companies and specialised teams,I ordered my kids some computers from this place as I was on a budget and that’s when I began to realise I should’ve read the reviews,and once I did I noticed everything you guys are doing and your smart but not smart enough,you are blatantly scamming and treating your customers like crap,you try to change our reviews to good ones,charge us for repairs and when we ask to take it back,you charge us no matter what the problem is,even though it is clearly your fault,I will be taking further action and I have learnt the hard way myself and so has my son,I won’t even begin to say how my experience went,but my knowledge on how to repair computers is very high and due to the PC restrictions set on there can completely destroy your way to fix memory and driver problems,first you scam,you create pointless restrictions,decline any refunds and charge for upgrades,but why are you taking all this money from people for them to have something that is far from what it should be worth,I am now watching you,I will take further action if I see even one more bad review starting from the 15/4/24 this is highly illegal,you have one more chance,I’m sorry to anyone who has had these problems,please don’t waste your money on this place. Laptop looks good barely any scratches works well. Only thing is battery is not as strong but it doesn’t need constant charging either which is good.

Company were great from the off. I had a few questions so emailed on bank holiday Friday not expecting a reply until the following week as they are closed on weekends. I had an email back within 20 minutes. Very friendly customer service & delivery was fast. My son’s PC come built with graphics cards already installed so was an easy plug in and turn on. 5 star service and product!
