I called to return the item and it was quickly resolved. They collected it next day. Awaiting the refund.

Prompt and efficient service!

Computer arrived on time and well packaged. I know it is refurbished but there were some quite bad scratches on the tower and monitor stand, but with a little elbow grease I have improved the look of them. It wouldn't have taken much effort to have done that at source The keyboard and mouse are very poor quality and have already bought replacement ones. Overall, the experience was positive and received a lot of good advise from Sam on their chat-line before purchasing.

Computer is ok, does the job, but I'm missing items I purchased. Customer service is shocking, chat on website for new sales only, I have tried to call customer service 32 times and goes straight to recorded voice saying noone is available. No answer to email

My 12 year old son buying his own gaming PC bundle with money he saved himself. He was very unsure what to get but they could not be more helpful answering his questions very quickly to help him decide what he needed and clarify what the package included. Once ordered came very quick, really easy to set up. One key on keyboard was broke so emailed and they were quick to respond. Exemplary customer service from start to finish.

Honestly highly recommend. Bought a pc for my daughter for her birthday, turned up very quickly was a refurbished one but only a few scuffs on the back of the monitor. Everything runs really well and a bargain for the price. Tempted to buy another and sell my laptop!
