My son bought his computer from Veno Scorp after two months one of the fans stopped working. He had to return the PC at a cost of £50 for postage and packaging. My son got his computer back and immediately the front fans were not working. Trying to get a response from veno scorp is nigh on impossible, the phone keeps cutting off and they take ages on e mail to respond. I have serious concerns about this company, whether they are in the uk at all and certainly don’t respond. Would not recommend buying from them at all.

Is this a scam? Trying to arrange return on behalf of my son, no response to email and phone cut off after a few seconds of being 'in the queue'!!!!

I completely forgot the brand name for this pc I found it on the box in a shed. This pc is SINGLE HANDEDLY THE WORST THING IVE EVER OWNED. I purchased this ages ago and I Remember when It came they forgot two cables. Games would run at about 30 fps everything took ages to load and the whole system kept freezing. I Remember after a month it would start to make a static electricity sound so I had to send it back to get it fixed (still ran terribly) it’s been over a year and I turned it on today factory reseted it and it’s still completely terrible DO NOT think your getting a good deal absolutely atrocious.

I purchased a PC for my son about 5 months ago. It stopped working all of a sudden and it has taken us weeks to get it returned for repairs. We still haven't had it collected, even though I have paid £25 for it. There is NO CONTACT NUMBER, this company are scamming people. If you call the number provided, you are told by an automated voice to email them, then it says the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. They do not deliver or collect at weekends. My son has spent many days emailing with a man who doesn't read the emails properly and keeps mis-informing us. It has been a total shambles. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS. Horrible company that do not deserve your money!! Stay clear!!

I had an issue with my pc , but I got a great informative video calling explaining what I had to do to fix it by a nice man named harry very good service and friendly

Not sure if I can download any games because of storage capacity will consult an expert, as far as it goes a good product.

Great pc only problem was the WiFi dongle didn't work that came with base unit but got a different one elsewhere worked great

This was a straight forward purchase, I haven't had this computer out of the box yet because it is a Christmas present. I hope that if there are any issues they will have great customer service, as I've not had to get in touch yet. Fast delivery and looks well packaged.
