I haven’t liked the service. They dont deliver in time it takes more than 200 days to receive the shipment.

Had terrible experince with this company, they are so unprofessional and did not repack my stuff before the actual shipment because of it my 75 inch TV go damaged and was inoperable after delivery. I have lost so much due to this and had to pay heavy customs for a broken TV. The person in India doesn't even know how to handle insurance claims and don't answer calls. Please avoid using this company.

UPS wanted $600 to ship my box to Canada. Instead I got packing material myself from local packing store and went to sflworldwide.com online and they quoted me $185 to ship my box. They process was easy I scheduled my shipment on their website and they email me shipping lable and I had to drop off package at UPS. My shipment was delivered in 5 days with almost 70% discounted rates.

It's not worth to try. They have poor communication or stop respond when you need and they may have deals with shipping lineer to eat your money. You may end up with high paying for clearance. Until shipping, they tell everything is possible. After that you are someone to them. NEVER TRY here please

This is a great company with a heart! I was looking to ship donated Indian clothes to non-profit organizations in India and they were the best choice! The customer care representatives were all very polite and helpful, and gave me detailed information about the entire process and also helped with instructions to prepare the shipment. Shipping was very easy…they do door to door delivery, so I didn’t have to worry about Customs at all. Even their agent at the receiving port in India was very helpful. I will definitely be using their services in the future and would highly recommend SFL Worldwide to anyone looking for a reliable shipping company.

If there is a negative star i would happily choose that. Worst of all kind of experience i ever had. Took almost 2.5 months for my shipment to complete. They are not approachable. Not customer friendly behavior. Pricing is high. They haven't provided much information. Finally will say you have to pay x amount for your shipment to be delivered otherwise we will add penalty. very poor service from both onshore and offshore peoples.

I used SFL service for the first time. Initially after scheduling Shipment, I had to wait more than 24 hours to get a shipping label emailed to me. And that I got it only after chatting with their support online. After that everything went on smoothly. Learnt that one should not panic the way these guys work. I tell you they have a very great pricing when compared to brands like FedEx or UPS for sure. I will take their services in future.
