I have been looking for a convenient and reliable way to ship to India from the US. It's been nearly two weeks I've not been able to find a cheaper way to do this. It's Punit in SFL who helped me out understanding the nuances, helped me with the locations near me, options for pick up and drop, clarified the timelines, and even he remained on call to help me out on regitration. Excellent customer service, and etiquette. Keep it up folks

This is worst company , I shipped my tv and during shipping it damaged completely , and they did not pay fully insurance amount which they promised... don't do business with this company

worst customer service team and also worst service . I wanted to send a shipment through them, made a request they scheduled to pick up on 30th jan but they dint after calling them multiple times and asking them they picked up on 1st feb. they took the package and now they tell that the dimensions of the package is more and we are going to charge you 9 kgs instead to 4 kgs.( all these were not mentioned before) After calling the customer care they said they would return the package and give me a quote for the service they provided. where is the service here its all fraud. on asking the customer care they hanged my call which is rude.

My shipping was held in USA for almost 1.5 months. Unacceptable. Had important stuff that had to be delivered by end of February and now the tracking says it will be delivered mid march

Better threw the items / Give them away to someone and buy new one at new destination. These guys are organized looters and you may end up getting only half of your boxes. Insurance thing is a trap, I ve shipped 3 boxes from Houston TX to Chennai India, 2 out of them are opened and repacked with only half goods in place on each of them. All stuffs lost are used, no way customs would ve taken them. With No Shame they even charged me additional $40 (appx) for port waiting charges. The worth of goods I ve lost is about $400, while they have one movers insurance which pays back @ $.60/Lbs goods lost. I ve lost 3 pairs of shoes which would weigh about 8lbs whereas I would be getting $2.40 as claim while actual worth is more than $200. Even If i weigh entire goods lost it would be about 40-45Lbs which I would be getting about $25, after investigating team approves, which I declined. I spent more than $30 in packing materials alone, leave alone the worth. Poor customer service, and they never deliver you in 90days. I ve received my goods around 120th day. I should ve gave away my stuffs and atleast I would ve saved the money i spent on packing and shipping. Now I lost both. Better be cautious and find another movers or just give the stuffs away to those who are in real need, and save the shipping cost to buy the new items at destination. I wont recommend SFL to anyone.

The most frustrating experience. I had no furniture, only 4 boxes of clothes, books, shoes and utensils. They could not do such a basic delivery. There was a 4 day delay in pick up because of which I had to postpone other important work. They made me wait at home from morning to evening for 4 days for them to pick up my stuff. They did not stick to the scheduled time. It sailed a month later than scheduled. The guarantee was 60-90 days. After 4 months 3 of my boxes came and the fourth one has still not arrived. One of the 3 boxes has a big hole in it. The most stressful 4 months in which I am constantly trying to remind them and keep track of where my things are. Still trying to contact them for my fourth box...and no response. Can somebody suggest what action I can take for this harassment and misplacement? Of course they took the whole fees in the beginning so my money is gone!

This is the second time that I have used SFL Worldwide. The first time they helped us move to Africa and now they have helped us in a move to Micronesia. These are not easy places to arrange shipping but they were super helpful and professional. The packers did a wonderful job both times.

AMAZING service! This company is the ONLY company I will recommend for anyone moving locally or relocating. They arrived on time, took great care with my things. Got everything packed up with precision. Moving is stressful, even in the midst of joy but the team did a great job! The team went above and beyond just wrapping and packing my furniture and their team in India also helped me to set it all up at the new house and recommending where things such as my bed should go in the room so that all the furniture would fit. Fast, careful, and gentle with breakable items. Definitely a 5-star recommendation. Thank you for making that leg of my move smoothie and hassle free.

i Shipped my goods from US to India which included TV and Furniture...My TV and dining table glass top were crated to safe from damage and rest of the furniture were also packed very well. i recd the goods in 70 to 75 days of time...Punit in US and Prashant in India were well supporting...i will recommend SFL Worldwide to all my friends...Excellent Shipping...
