It's nice looking and it's looks it was designed for hard core gamers like my self.

Finding the right pc has always been a long task, using xotic pc made it a whole lot easier with the descriptions; options, and reviews. Having multiple purchase options was also great way to get the computer you need.

Prompt to answer questions, and keeping me up to date on status of my build.

Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me several options that fit what I was looking for. I just hope the rush charge was worth it and I do get my laptop within 4 days as stated. Fingers crossed!

I made my first Gaming Pc purchase from these amazing folks and placed it with ease online do to my ignorance I completely ordered the wrong Pc called next to day to hopefully fix my 3000 dollar mistake and these folks not only fixed my mistake but did so professionally respectfully and honest haven't recieved my Pc yet but on customer service alone I will be recommending anybody who will listen to buy from these folks without any reservations look forward to recieving my PC but wanted say thank you and if you want a gaming Pc and don't shop at XOTIC your missing the happy train!!!

Bought a gaming system for my oldest son for Christmas. Checkout was smooth and had fast delivery. Was notified daily on its whereabouts and exact time it was delivered so I didn't have to worry about package poachers.

Bought ROG Strix G733CX Wanted this to be my last notebook I only web surf check email and play FoE like 2-3 hours a day use at the most So 2-3 months before the year mark it starts taking longer and longer to boot up then screen would lock. Customer service was no help. Hired my own PC tech company. After an hour he concluded that either the main board was bad or my windows needed to be reset. My tech guy called XOTIC tech/customer service. They discussed what was found he also suggested to reset windows. XOTIC guy said try that if that did not work call us back. It helped for maybe 2 weeks. Called XOTIC back got an ROI I had to pay for shipping at UPS had them pack it. Got it back was fine for about 2 weeks. Again I get on this $4000 notebook like 10-12 hours a week tops. Guy gets on my computer and says I need to reset windows I'm like I just got this back. Never in my 40 years of computer have I had to reset windows on a regular basis. But I did in fact I am getting pretty good at it because I have to do this every 2 weeks if I want my computer to work. Last time I called the tech at XOTIC showed me how to go in and adjust the performance (can't remember how but it was in settings) he told me to play around with the different settings. Man I have never ever had to to any of this. Wish I woulda just got another HP laptop the business class I had for years never had these issues. I'm retired on fixed income spent more on this computer than any computer ever and it is crap XOTIC is happy with me having to reset windows twice a month Nice - hope they fold So XOTIC responded it was my problem it most likely background bla bla bla interfearimg. Yeah they already checked that genius. And further more. I’m using the same programs I’ve used for 20+ years. Creature of habit. All just google, outlook, and FoE game. That’s it. Nothing running in background. It’s your crappy computer.

Awesome custom built computer. Extremely fast. Top of the line parts and systems.

Everyone was very helpful. I haven't gotten my PC yet but the experience so far was easy and great.
