I purchased a laptop from Xotic back in 2013. After the warranty expired by about a month, these guys tried to help me get back into gaming but the laptop died again even during the help. I just purchased a pc this time because I was happy with the help Xotic did for me in the past plus they are a bit competitive with other companies. They have always been on point with helping out with builds and suggestions.

Before my pre-built desktop even shipped the staff at Xotic PC were able and willing to upgrade my PSU and add an internal storage device.

Great all around experience!

They sent me a defective laptop. Then I sent it back, and they refunded me. In the refund, they included a restocking fee. So they stole from me 700$ for a faulty laptop + transportation payments. They didn't propose any better solution and charged the highest stocking fee possible. I reported the issue after the week of purchase, and they didn't offer a good solution. You don't have to pay a restocking fee if the item you are returning is defective. Disappointing.

Buying my 2nd gaming laptop ever (1st one bought a decade ago from Xotic and still working)! I decided it was time for an upgrade. It's remarkable how even the hinges feel like they've never worn out. Great customer service as well, can't wait till my new laptop arrives!
