The customer servicer was very helpful and made sure to give all the information I need about how things worked. Also, went beyond by giving the parts number in order to have a chance to see if i could find the parts in Canada. But, since I couldn't xotic pc made sure that i know what is going during the repair process.

This was one of the most easiest repurchases I have ever made. This is my second time as a customer and can not be happier.

I ordered a laptop,as top of the line and bang for my buck as I could and I finally could afford it.I play vr and wanted to get into playing computer vr games as well without a drop in perfomance.It hasn't arrived yet but I'm looking forward to it.Please dont give my reference number to anyone,I'm in the military and i have to answer all calls at this moment just in case.

The entire checkout process was pretty seamless. Currently waiting for processing and shipping. Really appreciated the financing options. Can't wait to try my laptop. Edit: I am disappointed about the backorder of one of the laptops I have ordered and the lack of haste in processing the order. I was under the impression that the computers represented on your website were almost ready-to-ship. I was also under the impression that "Rush Build" meant that I would receive my computers within 2 weeks of placing the order. I have yet to see an adjustment to the status of my order and am still viewing a status of "Unfulfilled". I would like to do business with XOTICPC but I have a rather nasty taste in my mouth now due to the experience I have had so far. I like your prices and customization options but when I placed my order there was no indication of a backorder and when I contacted customer service, I was told it was a recent development. I asked for alternative strategies for resolution including asking about other systems and I have received little to no reciprocation. I needed the computers within a certain time frame and allowed myself a padded window for that, but I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication upfront and post-purchase. Edit 2: I have received one of the computers I ordered, waiting on the second. So far I am happy with my purchase and sour taste is waning but not gone. I appreciate your timely customer service and look forward to receiving my wife's laptop in coming days.

Ordering options and the laptop was easy.

I checked other Custom PC websites. Why I settled on XOTIC PC was the ease of custom configuration. It was easy to understand, and I especially like the way the Order Price updated as soon as I made a change in the configuration. The many options offered also made it easy to select the exact configuration I was looking for. The optimization/boost of the OS by XOTIC was something I was looking for in particular. The bonus GPU overclocking special was a nice surprise as well. Also like the additions that XOTIC threw in such as free Mortar mouse and mousepad as well as a T-shirt although I would have liked an XL shirt (only option close was an XXL). I ordered the 64GB DDR5 5600MHz CORSAIR DOMINATOR® PLATINUM RGB (2X 32GB) × 1 memory but would have chosen the 6400MHz if it was available as a choice. I chose the Everfrost Softline 360MM × 1 water cooling but it was unclear to me if both the CPU and GPU would be water cooled or just the CPU. I wanted the both water cooled and am hoping that is the way it arrives. All in all great ordering experience.

Great selection of customization parts for gaming laptops. Would be cool on the customization part to have important specs listed in choice dropdowns such as read/write speeds. Great layout of site. Also love that Q/A Testing happens before shipment.

The system was easy to navigate and customize the pc to what I want and add other stuff like a monitor which caught me off guard and some of the stuff for free is wild...I will highly recommend yall to my friends and family or anyone looking to play on pc

These reviews sites are not trustworthy or accurate. They are using the very little review numbers here to make it look like their a good business to buy from. There is a long list of reddit users complaining about this company. I've spent too much money on a computer from this company only to be given very dirty used and unreliable components that needed to be changed upon arrival. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH XOTIC PC. I have paid out of pocket to send my Desktop back to XoticPc only to wait months with little to no communication. I have only bad experiences with XoticPc. I appreciate the offer to help and that my warranty still stands, however it is important as a customer that I share my honest experience with readers. The most frustrating part of my purchase was asking for specific components such as a specific reservoir for water cooling and getting something completely different and wrong, only to be asked to pay to ship the computer back to XoticPc so they can “Fix” the issue. Your customer service reps and floor staff have terrible communication. The staff building the desktops are very inexperienced. I’ve removed every part of my build cleaned them and had to repurchase components myself because of how poor quality the components from your warehouse are. The last thing I would ever do is send my computer which now only consist of the case, cpu, and gpu, back to your warehouse for any “work”. I honestly hope XoticPc reinvest in better management and staff because this company is far from being anything decent or efficient. If I have to re-paste my CPU the same week I received my Desktop computer, that is a very bad indication of quality control. I was sold on the marketing of getting games for upgrading components like the CPU and GPU and the codes I received never worked. I was never given a solution after repeated attempts and was continually given expired or un-redeemable codes. What could you honestly do to help a customer like me ?

This is my second purchase from Xoticpc and like the first time it was a pleasant and easy experience. This company has my full confidence.

(EDITED) MY ORDER DID SHIP SO I AM CHANGING TO 4 stars but it still took. While My order has said “ordered” since June 5th 2023 and it is now July 17th, the computer I ordered claimed to be in stock so this is surprising to me how long this is taking. I’m hoping it gets shipped soon because I’ve seen other bad reviews about the wait times.
