Great customer service for a return

Terrible services. They put stickers with their brand on the expense laptop. The worst part is the damaged keyboard during process. And now they refuse to replace the damaged piece and shoulder costs for shipping. They claimed device was checked before shipping to ensure everything is 100% well. Scam.

Great pricing and easy to understand customization options. Especially like the options to overclock and debloat.

I've had my machine for 2 years now. It's ran great, never over heating or crashing on me. It's been a great machine.

I appreciated the sleek user interface and the overall organization of the website. The integrated cost checking on each pull-down made it easier to get an idea of where I was saving money and spending more while fine tuning the different components of my build. The added features like a screen protector and upgraded cooling components were also really nice to see.

With their websit being genuinly easy to navigate through I enjoyed perusing the site in the hopes that I would find the perfect laptop for me. In no time at all I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to quickly and securely purchase the Laptop confidently and easly. I was blown away by how many expansive optional listings of customisable options and current technological additions there were made available to me in a easy to navigate checklist on my follow through to checkout. Most importantly, it made my ability to control and keep my personal budget for my new Laptop perfectly in line with what I needed that price to be. I received my laptop incredibly quickly in the mail without incident. I must say, openig up and setting up the laptop has been an incredible experience of joy and I'm truly highly satisfied with just how amazingly easy it has been setting it all up to my personalized satisfaction. The Customer support service seems to be wonderful even having no need at this time to pursue them. Its nice knowing that if there were any issues a strong service awaits. If I have one complaint so far, it would be that upon looking over and investgating the entire outer laptop shell casing itself, I currently can't seem to find any support for the common and majorly universal (K-Hole Lock security notch) The K-Hole lock feature that im refering to comes equipped with almost all laptops in this day and age and in many other high-end electronics unrelated. For example, the SONY Playstation 5 100% supports the K-Lock input divit. If you don't know what I'm referring to, The K-Lock Is simply a little rectangular notch/hole that alows you to secure a wired combonation Lock into, and again, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere on this Laptop. Actually, there doesn't seem to be any lock notch feature of anykind or type supported on the laptop outer casing I received. I realy wish there was. With that said, I must digress, and above all need to convey to any consumer interested that, aside there being no physical lock security feature, it doesn't deter from my overall postive and truly awesome experience in buying the PC from XOTIC, Im highly satisfied. I sincerely recommend to all that are in the market for buying a new Laptop, XOTIC PC is absolutely an amazing outlet for you and an awesome avenue for all who are looking for their next state of the art personalized gaming and work Laptop/computer Tower setup. Options to customize and add a personal touch to my laptop

Web site was easy to navigate and the component pricing for a custom build seemed to be competitive with other companies. The description of individual components could be improved with a brand name and part number. Also the loyalty program is a bit lacking and redeeming points offers nothing of real value. Note I placed my order only a few days ago and I paid for premium services, it will be interesting to see if they were worth the additional cost.
