Vorsicht! Scam! Die Retoure geht in die USA und muss von einem selbst bezahlt werden (hat bei mir 40 CHF gekostet, bei anderen noch deutlich mehr). Die Retoure-Etikette hat nicht funktioniert (mit Absicht?), was zu zusätzlichem Aufwand geführt hat. Die Retour-Bedingungen wurden von einem Tag auf den anderen abgeändert. Würde nie mehr was dort bestellen!

Sono stati super affidabili, il vestito mi è arrivato con una spallina rotta, l’ho fatto presente e loro me l’ hanno rimborsato interamente (ovviamente spese di spedizione comprese). Non ho dovuto nemmeno rispedirlo indietro. Per quanto mi riguarda ci ricomprerò

Qualité et rendu différents de ce qui vous est présenté. Évidemment, il y a souvent un souci de taill,de coupe,de matière ou de couleur et les retours sont très onéreux depuis l'Europe et volontairement très compliqués. A éviter si on ne veut pas perdre bêtement son argent !

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT SHOP. We ordered a £85 dress from Lulus; the quality was so bad! It didn't represent the quality of what the model was wearing on the website. We tried to return it, but the return cost £25!!

Maattabellen kloppen totaal niet waardoor de bestelde kleding minimaal 2 maten afwijkt, mogelijk meer. De klantenservice is totaal niet behulpzaam en antwoord met een copy paste bericht.

I have my wedding in a few months and I was really hoping this dress would be the perfect one for the party, but unfortunately the pictures & models are very misleading. The quality was really disappointing. For the price tag, I was personally expecting something that doesn't come as ordered from Shein/AliExpress. The fabric was itchy and cheap; and on top of that their international return policy meant that I needed to cover the shipping. If I were you, I wouldn’t order from here and go through the entire faff of returning as it takes a long time.

so... I googled & researched and read articles for comfortable shoes, I have my wedding in 2 weeks I needed something higher than I would normally wear as I changed my mind about an underskirt but having a high instep I need something that supports my arch, Lulu's came out top as decent price range and comfortable, block heel but with a small platform, about 4 inches and looked pretty. I'm an average size 6 UK, not a wide fitting just normal, I checked their size guide that's on their website, I'm a trainers girl normally so converse/fitflop Ugg always a 6 so bought them. waited 2 weeks for delivery and can barely put my big toe through the strappy bit of the sandal they are ridiculously tight and narrow... having never been subjected to the old japanese practise of foot binding there's no chance in hell of ever getting these on. Tried for a return only to find that the return would cost me £33, the shoes were £60.... jumping through hoops of getting a label printed (i don't have a printer) etc etc I haven't got the time as I need to find shoes for real people and have less than 2 weeks to do it.

Seriously annoyed! I ordered shoes with a UK size and when they arrived they were too small - a US size I think. I returned them but it cost me £27.00! Outrageous. Very bad service... doesn't look very good quality either. I would urge all UK customers to steer clear of this brand because they can't get their sizes right and they have appalling customer service.

Very very annoyed ordered shoes that were around £30, not true to size, I am a size UK 5 they were far too small, when I went to return them it cost £31 to post back, disgusting in this day. Lulus should be set up like other mail order company's and have free returns. They would most definitely get more orders

I ordered an £85 jumpsuit and was disappointed in the quality. It also looked nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered from UK version of site and had to pay £27 to return the substandard item. Do not order from here if you live in the UK as almost 40% of my refund went to shipping, they are not upfront about this. Avoid. I also haven’t yet received my refund.

I’ve been using lulus for years, they’ve been my go to for wedding guest dresses. I’m getting married soon and I looked for Bach dresses on other, more expensive sites. After horrible experiences with quality, white clothes with no lining, etc I decided to try lulus. For the price, they’re the best quality I’ve been able to find! All white clothing items have been lined and not see through. They’re also made to fit adult women bodies which is wonderful and not the norm from many other popular clothing brands.

I ordered shoes that turned out not to be the right size and can’t return or exhange them because Lulus won’t accept final sale items to be returned and doesn’t exchange items sold internationally so I’d be very careful buying things on sale from this company. Add to that the shipping costs for return and it’s not really worth the risk.

This is another scenario where you think you’re ordering what is presented on the merchant’s site but getting the total opposite! I wish I could share the orange bomber I received. It was supposedly this pearl orange bomber (which it was a pearl bomber on their site), but there was not one pearl on the bomber I purchased! And the jacket looked cheap and poor quality. I couldn’t get mad because all I could do was laugh when I saw this hideous jacket! How do you 🤡 live with yourselves? I’ve requested a refund but they have not responded back yet. Consumers please do your research before ordering from these “off brand wannabes! I do not endorse these dishonest 🤡.

I won't be shopping here again. Bought a dress. £85. turned up and I really didn't like it so needed to return. Found out that despite the website being the English version I still had to return to America. £22 down now due to return shipping cost. I think the dress itself was shipped from England but they expect us to ship it back to America. Very annoying. The dress was average quality. Not bad but also not great. Definitely left with a sour taste. Also their seemed to be no number to call. Just a online web chat. One thing I will say is the customer service wasn't bad once I got on to the chat. Quite speedy responses on the chat. Still very annoyed about the whole thing.

I made two orders on this website for dresses for my wedding for a total of 3 dresses, and I'm based in France. They all had great reviews however on arrival I realised that the material was of very poor quality and wanted to return them as I feel that they are in no way worth the 335.75€ that I paid. However, when attempting to return the first order I was quoted 46€ for the return for the first two dresses, and 37.84€ for the third dress and couldn't believe how expensive the returns were. I had seen that returns were at the cost of the customer but I assumed it would be 10 to 15€ max, as I've never seen any company charge such a high price for returns. It should be made clear what the cost of returns will be to international customers, as nowhere on their website could I find an indication of how much a return would be or I wouldn't have risked ordering from them. I had trusted the good reviews on their website and assumed that the quality would be good, however, seeing as the material is incredibly poor, and that when issuing the return label it states that the dresses are made in china and that the taxes and duties will not be refunded, I’m now greatly regretting my decision. It should be much clearer how expensive returns will be since losing 83.84€ + taxes and duties and ending up with no dresses as the quality is so poor is astounding. It’s incredibly misleading to offer shipping to the EU if this is the case. Do not order unless you are in the US!

Paid nearly €100 for a dress and it’s the quality of a cheap fast fashion brand. It might just be luck of the draw with the item I chose but scandalous they charge so much for cheap material. Won’t be shopping here again

Hallo, also ich hatte bei lulus 3 outfits bestellt und insgesamt 285 Euro dafür ausgegeben. Nach 2 1/2 Wochen kam das packet, recht zügig in meinen Augen, dafür den ersten Stern. Dann aber die Ernüchterung, im Paket waren leider nicht meine Outfits, sondern Schuhe... Da hab ich natürlich direkt dem Kundenservice geschrieben, welcher wirklich schnell antwortete. Long story short, ich hab keine Outfits bekommen, hab jetzt n paar Schuhe bei mir rumliegen die weder passen noch schön sind, aber ich habe mein Geld direkt zurück überwiesen bekommen und der Kundenservice war auch super nett, dafür der zweite Stern. Sie haben mir auch, falls ich nochmal bestellen möchte, einen Rabattcode mitgeschickt. Jedoch werde ich persönlich nicht mehr dort bestellen.
