Ich habe ein paar Kleider in verschiedenen Größen für eine Hochzeit bestellt und behalte nur eins davon. Ich habe aber jetzt das Problem, dass ich 70€ für den Versand zahlen muss und keine andere Rücksendeart wählen kann, als die von der Seite. Das find ich echt viel zu viel, da ich weiß dass es mit einer anderen Versandart viel billiger ist.

Don't order from Lulus! Unless you read everything very carefully. It costs 40$ for return 😱, If I would ever knew that I wouldn't have ordered. I have already paid 17$ for shipping in first place. Why on the return I have to pay more than double? This is ridiculous. Not to mention that the dress has a very poor quality and the proportion is very wrong. Extremely disappointed, I will never order again and I will make sure that none of my friends will do.

Mooie jurkjes, snel geleverd, duidelijke info echter retour zenden pakket (4 items) kost 52,-!!!! Als ik dit had geweten had ik hier nooit besteld. Van te voren kun je dit niet goed beoordelen. Retour procedure was verder goed en werd netjes verwerkt.

I was surprised to see the reviews for Lulus. I came on here to look up another clothing store and they were negative so by comparison, I looked up companies that I did trust, such as Lulus. I bought three dresses at different times from here, and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I wear a small and the dresses were all very flattering.

When I returned a dress that was supposed to be prepaid postage through DHL, I was charged 35 pounds for delivery... this meant that I only really got a refund of 50 pounds- not the total of the dress that I bought... very strange. I refunded a second dress and received a DHL receipt. Its been a week- let's see how much I am refunded for that one or if it will be refunded at all.

Ich habe verschiedene Kleider bestellt wegen unserer Standesamt Hochzeit. Die Kleider gefallen mir jedoch nicht so gut an mir, obwohl sie sehr schön sind! Da ich die Kleider in 2 Bestellungen aufgegeben habe, musste ich zwei Rücksendungen machen. Dabei zahle ich für eine rund 60 euro und für die Andere 35 . Das heißt ich gebe jetzt ca 100 euro aus nur um die Kleider zurückzuschicken??! Wo kommen diese Kostenunterschiede her und wie kommt man auf mehr als 60 euro???Das finde ich eine Frechheit. Dabei könnte ich alle kleider in eine Kiste packen jedoch finde ich auf der seite nirgendwo eine Mailadresse oder beim Costumer Service Auskunft darüber, ob ich alles zusammen in eine Kiste packen darf. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich kein weiteres Mal dort bestellen, die Rücksendung ist fast teurer als die Kleider.

Terrible quality. Got the wrong dress sent too. Send my order back in time, no refund. I reached out to them and they are saying UPS never scanned it. Glad I kept the drop-off receipt. It was delivered to them. Still waiting on resolution on this. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Beware, DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!

I’ve been a returning customer of lulus for years. The only thing I’ve realized recently that they don’t seem to be publishing my 1 star product reviews. They simply delete them. I’ve posted a lot of good reviews yet sometimes there were products that I wasn’t happy with. So buyer beware and don’t rely on the product reviews.

I’ve ordered from Lulus several times and whenever I need to do a return or exchange they always make the process super easy! They’re customer service team is so easy to get ahold of when I have questions and I really appreciate that.

WARNING Please do not order anything from this company unless you are 100% sure. They charge a return fee of $40!! It is not stated clearly on the website, but there is no other return option.

Absolutely DONE with this company. I have been a loyal customer since 2016. I had returned an item in 45 days instead of 30 days but they refuse to give me store credit. Their reasoning is that they allowed the exception previously and referenced 3 orders (1-3 years ago March 2020, December 2021, and May 2022). I do not care if it was 1,000 orders. 45 days is unreasonable for no store credit. Better yet, if you do not respond via email within a week they do not even send you back the items you purchased. I understand the policy was likely intended for those who abuse the system but not for loyal customers who purchase monthly and reach All access level. Within the past 6 months I received a wrong item, sent it back, and ordered it again with no complaints. I also received an email about another order which they received "another item" instead of the item I was returning. An item from "Shein" which I know is false since I have not once ever purchased from there and the lady had to tell me what Shein was. It's the principle. This is probably the first time I have ever left a comment or review about a company and likely my last. 8 years and this is how they treat their customers. There are WAY better companies to shop online that have better return policies and treat loyal customers better.

Ich habe letzte Woche Schuhe bestellt und obwohl der Versand 15 Euro kostete, bin ich das Risiko eingegangen. Leider waren die Schuhe sehr unbequem und ich muss sie nun zurückschicken Ich war sehr Überrascht, als ich auf das Online-Portal ging und sah, dass die Rücksendung 35,85 Euro kostet! Warum kostet die Rücksendung so viel?? Ich fühle mich ehrlich gesagt betrogen. Die Schuhe haben nur 47 Euro gekostet, sodass ich jetzt irgendwie gezwungen bin Schuhe zu behalten, die nicht passen, und es gibt keinen Kundenservice, den ich diesbezüglich kontaktieren kann. Ich wünschte, ich hätte zuerst die Bewertungen hier gelesen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und frustriert.

Recently, I ordered a jumpsuit for my graduation. I was quit skeptical due to the delivery from the USA to Germany. Despite of that the parcel only took a week to arrive without any complications. Lulu provides a fit-quide and thanks to this tool the jumpsuit fits perfectly:)

I have been a customer of Lulu's for years, when I was living in the US I ordered constantly so I was very excited to see them now shipping to the UK. Unfortunately, the service in the UK is not at all like it is in the US. Beware of ridiculous return fares, in the US returns are free (which is a huge appeal for customers!), but in the UK it's like £40! They claim to 'provide prepaid return labels for international customers by Global-e' but this option did not work - it was disabled. The only option was a DHL return service all the way back to the US which was nearly £40. This was really sneaky of them and it's very upsetting to get such different service. If Lulu's can't provide the same level of customer care as they do in their original business in the US, then they should not operate elsewhere. I am definitely not buying anything from Lulu's anymore. This was a terribly upsetting experience.

I recently ordered a number of items from Lulu's. I need to return some of them as they don't fit. I have tried to submit the return on line but it won't work. I contacted their customer service but they were no help. Now I am stuck with an order I can't return. Very poor customer service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Ik was wantrouwig gelet op onderstaande reviews. Op 16/04 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst. op 20/04 is dat al aangekomen! Super tevreden. Item ziet er uit zoals verwacht. Als het goed is, mag het ook gezegd worden. Verder had ik op 17/04 gemaild met de vraag of ik het zeker ging ontvangen voor 6/5. Hierop werd zeer snel geantwoord.

Ich habe ein wunderschönes rost-orangenes Kleid bestellt. Musste dann aus mir unbekannten Gründen noch 30€ Zoll daraufzahlen. Hab mir gedacht, das passt, weil das Kleid echt toll ist. Angekommen ist aber ein Paket mit einem völlig anderen Kleid, falsche Größe, Farbe, alles, es gab keine einzige Ähnlichkeit. Zwei Sterne gibt es drauf, weil der Kundenservice super war (super freundlich und extrem schnelle Rückzahlung des Kleidpreises). Die Zollkosten konnten aber nicht erstattet werden und das ist super ärgerlich. Das Kleid durfte ich behalten, mal schauen, ob ich es weiterverkauft bekomme.

Lulus are so bad at responding!! I requested the prepaid returns label 4 days ago and still haven’t had an email back. I am running out of time to send the items back within the refund time period!!
