United States | 03 February 2020ordered the AUDRI LEATHER NUDE SUEDE D'ORSAY FLATS, and while they're cute, they aren't that comfortable. returned one pair and the return was processed easily and quickly. would maybe recommend to a friend, but still seeking comfortable cute flats in this style and I don't think Lulus are the best ones. EDIT -- the customer service I've received has been phenomenal! I'm working on finding the right inserts to make these shoes comfortable, and if so, will order more pairs. Either way, I've been blown away by the responsiveness of their customer care team :)

I’ve never had an issue with customer service and their returns are very easy. I love the review options to show photos and sizes to know how an item fits. Can’t go with lulus!!

United States | 30 January 2020I ordered three dresses off of Lulu's with expedite shipping. The next day I checked to see where my package was going and it was delayed a few days because of ups. I quickly called Lulu's and they shipped me another order the exact same with next day air saver. My package was on time and they took the shipping fees off. Two of the dresses ended up not fitting and it was the easiest return ever! Love Lulu's!

United States | 24 January 2020I love Lulus! I’m a VIP and pretty consistently shop for everyday and party outfits. The review system is sooo helpful because you can see other customers’ photos and what sizes they bought based on their measurements. A few small things I think Lulus could do to improve their service: -Include a preprinted return label in the package when the item is mailed to us. I don’t have a printed at home (ink is expensive, not cost effective for repairs, etc) so I have to pay FedEx Office to print the return labels each time. -Right now, if I am waiting on a certain item in a certain size to be restocked, I will not be notified automatically if my size has been restocked. Clients are only notified if there is a restock for a whole size run of an item. Sometimes there is a “expected restock date” but if there is not, that means I have to check the page and hit refresh every day with zero idea if I should expect to do this forever. -The app is nice but a little glitchy. It doesn’t keep track of all my wishlists and loves, which is strange. I have to go back to my laptop to look at the full list.
