I had a terrible experience with this order. I did not receive an accurate shipping confirmation, and I don't even believe the package has been sent yet (8 days later). With an upcoming wedding, I will be making sure no one I knows orders from Lulus again.

when I receive the damaged dress the first thing I did was reach out via email for an exchange. I would have preferred an exchange of the damaged dress :(

I made the last-minute decision to buy a dress for my small wedding ceremony in City Hall. I can't be happier with this decision! The shipping arrived on time, the size fits me great after i moved the button in a little to make it tighter, the materials and design is exactly what I saw on the model. My wedding turned out great and I got so many compliments on the dress. I am a little disappointed with the color of the fabric underneath. It turned out more beige than white to me. But with the overall good look, this minor issue can simply be ignored.
