I Love Lulu"s clothes and shoes,boots etc.I plan on continuing to shop on lulu"s. Everything i have recieved i have liked and it fit great.I love that they have a huge selection of dresses,tops,sweaters,shoes,boots and so much more.this is definitely one of my favorite website to shop on.

Lulus has extremely cute and trending styles. I've purchased from Lulus a variety of times for a multitude of occasions. They have everything from casual, formal, swim, accessories, etc. The only reason I give Lulus 4 stars is that a lot of the merchandise is overpriced for the quality. I've paid an arm and a leg for something before that didn't last very long or looked cheap in person. I hope Lulus could either lower their prices a bit and/or update the quality of their products.

My first Lulu’s experience was perfect. My dress came quickly, looked beautiful, and fit me perfectly. The numerous other reviews helped me choose the right size. I got so many compliments on my dress and can’t wait to wear it again!

Great Service and Products.

I used to love Lulus but it seems like their sizing has changed. I’m now in between a XS and S. I now have to get any S fixed with alterations which isn’t worth spending $ on a dress then more on aterations.

The website is so easy to navigate and clear. I have had great experience with both returns and exchanges- helpful staff that communicates really well with me.

I ordered last minute before Christmas as my daughter hadn’t picked out gifts. She got on the website, I ordered her picks - they fit true and perfectly and arrived in time. Lifesaver.

Love the clothes I get from here, they’re never a disappointment. It’s an easy website to navigate and I love all of the styles!

Lulu’s has great clothes and customer service! The only thing I don’t love is they charge $7 for returns after 10 days. I needed to order different sizes to see if they worked better. They did, so I returned the originals. It must’ve been after 10 days. It won’t stop me from shopping at Lulu’s, I just need to make sure I order two sizes whenever I’m not sure which one I need so I can return the size I don’t want immediately.

I love shopping at Lulu's. It's my go to online store when shopping for a special/specific outfit. I have never had any issues with Customer Service or the online shopping process.

Nothing fit correctly and everything felt super cheap and flimsy. Will not be purchasing from here again. Customer service was great however.
