I ordered 2 tops and the neck was sooh tight I must return. I have a very thin neck! I bought a pink leopard blouse, the blouse is square shape not fitted and it is short and can only be worn with high waist. If I keep it will have to.pay 20 bucks! I bought a white blouse the slit is sooh high must wear with high waist or show off your midriff. The two other blouses have thin flimsy necklines. I buy only for quality!

I recently completed my first dress purchase from Lulus for my daughter who is attending a Sweet 16. I was very pleased with the whole ordering process. I bought 2 different sizes so my daughter could decide which dress was a better fit. Both purchase and return were incredibly easy and timely. I was especially pleased with the quality of the dress! We definitely recommend Lulus!!

The black boots were extremely disappointing. I’ve already worn a few times but they squeeze the arch of your foot so tightly that they cause so much pain. Really poor quality.

I was very disappointed in the sizing of these shoes. I wear a 8.5 shoe and have a narrow foot and unfortunately these were way too small and very tight on the first strap near my toes. I ended up giving them to a friend that wears a 7-7.5 shoe and they fit her perfectly. The sizing was terrible, however the look of them were very stylish.

I love them and their customer service. They also have actual customer reviews on the item along with pics. There were times I had to return dresses and they were quick and efficient on processing. Other websites can learn a few things from them

Wanted to buy some shoes for an event, but they ended up not fitting. Explained my special circumstances and they refused to even give my the full return value of the shoes themselves. Also, requested several times not to be signed up for VIP at checkout and they did it anyway. Not knowing this, I have charged $40 and now have to go buy something $40 or more just to receive that credit this month. If I don't do this I will still end up spending $40 for literally nothing. They refused to refund it or cancel it even after explaining that there had been a mistake on their end. Absolutely awful experience. Have lost tons of money for absolutely nothing in the end. Really recommend never buying from them unless you shop enough to spend $40+ a month on shoes. Also ready to throw money blindly at things that might never even fit or be what you wanted in the first place.

lulus have a lot of clothes for a low price yet for extremely good fabric and clothing. I love to shop their and would recommend it to people!

I was really really excited about the fit of the pocket vneck when I bought a small charcoal. I have a long torso so finding a perfect vneck has always been difficult for me. I loved the shirt so much that I bought 3 more in a different color but in medium. Not only does the medium feel like a different material (not as soft) but they are also shorter. Now after a few washes of my charcoal (hanging to dry) it’s very pilly. I had such high hopes for this vneck tee.

The dresses were so pretty. Bought as bridesmaid dresses and were flattering on all of us. They were very long however so we did need to get them taken up. Great colour though

I am always complimented on all of my Lulu’s outfits. I sincerely appreciate their great customer service and how easy it is to make returns and exchanges. My best advice is if something is meant to be a tight fit like a bodycon dress or straight banded shirt to order a size up and anything that is more flowy order true to size.

I received help very quickly and kindly. I messed up and sent my return through the wrong carrier and they were quick to refund me even though they weren’t 100% on when it would get to them. I buy from Lulus all the time and love their merchandise.
