I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I have received from Lulus. I have never had such a poor customer experience shopping in-person or online. After being excited to begin a shopping at Lulus, I purchased 4 items over $100 for special events coming up. I had to return them due to not fitting, and I planned to order correct sizes from them. I returned them within 7 days of receiving them with the tags still attached in their original bags (per their Return Policy). I received their confirmation of receiving the orders with an additional email saying that the refund was being processed 24 hours following. However, ONE WHOLE MONTH has passed and I have still not received my refund. I contacted customer service at 10 business days post-confirmation email (beyond the refund time per their Return Policy), they said it would take an additional 7 business days. I contacted customer service after the additional 7 business days, as well as asked to speak to management because the representative said that "she does not have access to any additional information to provide to me as to why this is not resolved" and she said it would be another 5-7 business days. Plus, she never transferred me to management; they just transfer me to different people. Then, there was an additional 7-10 business days after contacting them again. Emails go unanswered or they ask you to keep providing the same information that you did at the beginning regarding your order, customer service is unapologetic and representatives give different stories every time to avoid resolving the issue. It has been 30 days and they STILL have NOT refunded me. I would not recommend Lulus to anyone after this poor customer service experience. I will never be purchasing from them again. I came to Lulus because of the great prices, but I would rather spend more money with a company that values its customers, than be treated as another number.

I absolutely love lulus! I'm always hesitant to order online because many websites are scams or don't give you the clothes that are pictured. I have been using lulus now for about 6 months and have ordered from them roughly 10+ times. Every item of clothing I've received from them is exactly the same item represented in the photo. The dresses are extremely high quality, as well as, their shoes and jackets (pretty much all I wear so all that I've ordered). I have had to return a dress twice due to not liking the fit or being the wrong size and each return has been great. It's very easy to return items; you just click return, print your label, drop it in the mail, you and lulus track it and when they receive it you immediately get your money back! They also pay for the shipping so it doesn't cost you anything! So, to sum it up, YES lulus is a great website to use, it is safe and trustworthy!

I bought 3 dresses taking a chance on a limb because the webpage came up in a newsfeed. After reviewing the site and reviews I decided to make a purchase with acceptance of returns if I didn't like what I ordered. Needless to say, I will continue to order clothing through Lulus!! My 3 dresses were AMAZING!! I absolutely loved them! They were perfect in every way I envisioned. Thank you Lulus!!!

I ordered three dresses in hopes of finding something for my holiday party. All ran way too big (compared to what the site had suggested for my size) and all had very bad quality- they looked like they were from Charlotte Russe. I think their quality has decreased over the past couple of years because of all of their sales and discounts. I used three day shipping to get them in time for my holiday party— and if I don’t return them within 7 days of the delivery date they take off a delivery return fee from my order even though I paid for extra shipping?? This return policy is horrible! Most sites are free within 30 days. I ended up having to run to Nordstrom to find a dress with good sizing, good quality and a great price.

I've purchased from Lulu's in the past and have always liked the clothes. I had an issue with their return policy and they reached out and resolved it for me.

I just ordered a ton of stuff for Black Friday with the hope that if it doesn’t fit I can always return. I’ve got a curvy but short body so sizing can be hard. Turns out they said my entire order is non-refundable! Now I’m stuck with dresses that are too long for me or fit odd.

I never write reviews unless I have a terrible experience, but Lulu’s customer service is just so good that I HAD to write a review. I placed about 5 different orders over Black Friday and Cyber Monday and UPS screwed up the shipping on all of them. Several were supposed to be next day air and another was 2 day air. I called Lulu’s and they refunded me immediately. I also realized that had forgotten to apply a code that would save me massive amounts of money on Cyber Monday. Messaged a Lulu’s representative the following day and was also refunded immediately for the discounted amount. Not to mention their clothes are actually true to size (being a 5’10” 180 pound woman, this is important) and flattering with consistent quality. I LOVE LULU’S!

I have been ordering from Lulus for over 2 years now and they have been very consistent in their products, quality and sizing. They have good customer service and an easy return policy.

I purchased a dress for an event on December 4th but I was sent the wrong size. I ordered and XS which is what the receipt says as well as the package, but the dress is actually a S and I am drowning in it :( ... now I don’t have anything to wear eeeeek

Lulus is the best! I have been shopping with this company for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality has always been awesome! Prices have gone up over the years but it is worth it for the styles they carry. It’s hard to find websites lately that are on trend, young, and still relatively modest. Lulus blows it out of the water every day. I’ve really loved watching this company grow over the last several years. They are going to do great things - so happy to be along for the ride 🤩

I’ve ordered several things from this website. They always have good promotions or sale items. The quality of every item I’ve ordered has been very nice. I emailed staff about a grace period for promotions and they responded quickly and honor the promotion within a certain period of time. I’ll be ordering more things from this website.

One of my shirts came unraveled the first time I washed it. Just very poor quality at the seam. Otherwise I’ve truly enjoyed my purchases from this company.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a dress and was too small. I needed it for a wedding happening in a couple of days so I chatted with customer service representative and she was so helpful. I was able to exchange my dress for a Medium and got the fastest shipping for free (instead of paying 35$). Amazing service.
