Ordered a pair of sandals that claimed they ran large but they actually ran very small. Upon dealing with return and repurchase, the shoes fit me better but not perfect and also gave me intense blisters on the backs on my feet. The sandals are very cute and made of soft leather, so I wish some of the reviews were more honest and reflected that they were much more difficult to break in than I initially thought. I also ordered a shirt at the time of purchase which I find very comfortable and nicely fitting. I would definitely try purchasing from this company again for clothing, not shoes.

Ever since my wedding dress purchase last spring, I've been nothing but hooked on Lulus!! Every occasion, every season, every day- their collection has something that I just can't resist. They have it all, from high end to affordable fashions! Customer service is awesome. Returns are easy. Exchanges are tricky- only because you have to repurchase the item and then send the one you don't want back for a refund/credit. They always have great reviews on items and their IG stays with beautiful styling pics. I'm obsessed!! They had a pop-up shop in LA (which I had to miss) recently which brought online into real-life! I tell everyone about Lulus! #lovelulus

The quality of their clothes is quite good for the price point, and they send a coupon code for your next order every time you make an order over a certain amount. I’ve placed two orders recently with Lulus. The first order I returned some dresses and I did not receive a refund for one of the dresses because someone in the returns department messed up on processing the return. I did not get my money back for that dress. The second order I ordered a romper in two different sizes. The small fit perfectly so I didn’t open or try on the medium. I received an email that I would not receive a refund because of a stain in the intimate area. I never even tried it on! I’m beyond annoyed and will never order from them again.

I have ordered quite a few dresses and tops from Lulus, including two bridesmaid dresses and I absolutely love everything I have ordered! The quality is great and the fit is most of the time perfect. I have had to go one size up on an occasion but their return and exchange policy makes that really easy to do. I have had to contact their customer service once and they responded quickly and were extremely polite and nice. I would definitely recommend, and do recommend all the time, Lulus to anyone.
