I order a lot from Lulus, it's one of the few places the dresses fit right and has lot of options. Rarely I return stuff. I love most of everything I get and receive lots of compliments every time. There has been one issue. Recently I received the wrong item. The outer bag had the correct name and barcode but inside the wrong product. Some QA missing here. It was clearly an item returned by someone else and staff never checked. Also a hastle to reurn it since it didn't fit in a regular size UPS drop off box. Besides that, I have no complaints. Thanks!

I absolutely looove my black lace up ankle Sandler’s. I wore them to a wedding with a short black dress and had tons of compliments as well as with jeans and every time I wear them someone loves them!!

I received the wrong items. Once the correct items were sent I ended up returning them. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my return payment on my credit card even though I got an email saying the return payment was being processed.

I truly haven’t had a problem with anything I’ve ordered at Lulus. I just make sure to check reviews on sizing and qualify. I love their stuff and it always ships so fast!

The dress was amazing but it came in two days later then the order confirmation said I would receive it there for leaving me with no time for alterations.

I watched Lulus show up on my FB feed for a while, and was not sure about them (I had friends who followed them). Though I'm always worried about online retailers (primarily online) and see/hear horror stories about the disaster items that show up, the dresses looked beautiful, and I decided bite the bullet and try them out (using PayPal as a bit of a safeguard). Order took longer than other online shopping I'm used to, but ultimately the dresses were of great quality, especially for the price. I've shopped there many times since, sometimes returning items, which I've never had a problem with doing. They give 10 days for a free return (but you can return up to 30 days with a deduction for a shipping label), but if you use PayPal, PayPal will reimburse the shipping cost. I started with dresses, but also got shoes, tops, and accessories. All great experiences, thus far. Love everything I've kept and wear them often. Definitely recommend.

Love shopping here. Big enough selection that I always find what I want but not so many items that you feel as if you are sifting through a Forever21 rack. Cant beat free shipping and free returns either. Even when my items dont work out i feel as though ive had a positive experience.
