No fuss, great turnaround from order to delivery👍🏻 Only criticism would be regarding courier service: driver refused to deliver to the door, instead he left at bottom of steps, leaving my wife to retrieve

Good customer setvice

I bought a 2 sided Aica shower enclosure from ebay. Delivery was fine, two boxes, one glass side panel and then the door and another smaller glass panel for the front. Plus a really nice shower tray. We had HUGE problems with assembling the shower enclosure. The instructions were less than useless. The schematic diagrams showed the parts needed but no clue as to how they fitted together, especially the various rubber seals. If it hadn't been for the ingenuity of my partner I would not have a shower enclosure up together and working. It's early days yet but so far I'm happy with my shower enclosure but Aica please, please, please review your instructions and make them more comprehensive.

My shower door broke after four years and no blame attached to company. I ordered a new door and they only sent me glass and no fittings or handle. I contacted the company and they said they told me it's door only. I have all fifteen messages and there is no mention that it's door only . It cost me £65:yet the complete enclosure is only £125. I would have been better off buying it complete. Very disappointed I now have to buy other items to complete the job and I ll get it from another supplier

Terrible company avoid! Shower enclosure come with missing parts. Poor quality fittings. Shower doors wobble so much that they pop out of the rails. Ruined a completely new shower room as now I have to rip it all out again. I complained via email, no response. Set up a case via PayPal but because I would not pay to return a faulty product My case was rejected. Just know that if an accident happens I will to suing.

Delivery on time

I wouldn't have even given this company 1 star!!!!! I was expecting a delivery, which should have arrived between Saturday and Monday. Monday arrived and no communication, so I messaged them through Ebay, to he told there was an error at depot and my parcel would not arrive until today. Received a text confirming delivery today, contacted them again via Ebay to ask what time I could expect delivery-No reply! Called all the numerous numbers advertised under this company and their "sister" companies and only 1 number rang through to voicemail, the rest didn't recognise the numbers. Called the courier on the number left and this number also doesn't exist. I then emailed requesting communication from them. Everything goes unanswered. Have now started a claim back via ebay for a full refund!

I haven't even used this company. But seems I can write a review. So there we go. Can't always trust trust pilot

This has to be the worst purchase I’ve ever made on the internet Poorest quality item with even worse fitting instructions Being a glass shower screen I would probably add highly dangerous to have in your home I had to bin it in the finish

Many thanks for your service. It was great. Shower screen for shower tray 1800x1000 bifolding one, I couldn't find it any other website. Very good piece of kit for bargain price. Arrived on time! Exactly as they said. Day before received message from driver. Mixer shower tap as well.

Can’t fault them. Kept one item and it’s great, sent the other back and their comms were great and refunded quickly.

Nice customer service

The delivery driver was courteous and helpful.

I ordered tiles before which arrived on time. I then ordered a radiator which was delayed but their email responses were timely & helpful. The only feedback I have is to answer their phones!

I was having difficulty finding a suitable bi-fold wet room screen but fortunately not with Aica which have a wide selection. The price was competitive and was matched with an excellent product with no problems with installation. Initial enquiry was by email which of course takes a little longer but the reply was informative and a useful reference.
