Fantastic product and all installed in an afternoon.

I was a bit wary getting so much, at such a good price. I bought the 2 Fold Pivot Shower Bath Screen (120cm x 140cm) with glass shelves and towel rail, at a sale price of £93. Easy online purchase and delivered promptly. My plumber (a friend) said the quality of components was good and, comparable with other screens he had fitted. I helped him fit the screen, definitely a two people job, and it took about an hour and a half, and very straight forward. I am delighted with the finished installation.

Was not sure how it would fit onto existing shower. If you follow the instructions you will find like me an excellent top quality product. That looks good.

Worst company to deal with. Literally wanted some fitting instructions for a shower tray but they would not reply to my emails, no answer on the phone number, literally no customer service whatsoever.

Polite lads, kept in touch on the way and placed my (very heavy) item carefully where I asked without hesitation. Full marks.

Pleased with the product and price. Good discount applied. Chat was a bit slow and didn't answer my question fully. Delivery tracking could be better but luckily I was in when the delivery was made. Satisfied overall.

My so called builder purchased this shower door which I wouldn't recommend. After 3 showers the top and bottom plastic pieces broke and now the door will not close. Filled in the online contact form on the Aica website and was phoned next day by someone who was very reluctant to send me 50p's worth of plastic without photographic evidence. Photos sent but no reply from Aica. Filled in the online form again a week later but still nothing. Not impressed with Aica's customer service and will not be using again. No surprise - the phone number listed for Aica on the Trust Pilot page is not recognised, not to be trusted.

AVOID, the worst experience ive ever had with a company no communication, dead phone line. Ive requested a refund withing my 14 days with the state online as they do refunds but ive been messed around and still no refund. Immoral company also found out with court transcripts they have had to pay out to several female workers for harassment. Terrible company and bad practices all round
