I have ordered the Tulum Sofa in dark grey from Sofasandfriend. I received the sofa within a week they were straight forward. The sofa is absolutely amazing the quality is perfect. The customer service is a 5 star plus 😊. The gentleman ls that delivered my sofa were absolutely amazing it was a struggle to put the sofa in my apartment, but honestly the went out of there way to try everything to solve it wich they did.😊👍. 100% recommended this sofa!!

We found them on the IG where we saw the Tulum range and it looked perfect for our space we were hoping to visit the shop but couldn’t as it was a little far, so we were a little reluctant so we ordered the free swatches and when we decided we were going to go for it we called and the lovely lady who video called me to show me the range I gave her the measurement I had we discussed what would fit best (so glad I did) she was soo helpful and we then ordered expecting to wait a couple of weeks but it was ready for delivery the next week. The delivery men kept in contact on the day, came set up the sofas were polite enough and we love the sofas they are so inviting and comfortable, really pleased It was such a stress free process from start to finish. Cant remember how i came across this company on instagram but so glad i did, the sofas look class online and can assure you they are in person. Got mine delivered today amazing service and the material/comfort is top tier. So helpful aswel dont hesitate to go for it if you see one you like, you wont be dissapointed

Absolutely thrilled with our new sofa. We were hesitant to order online without seeing or trying it out, but trusted the reviews. Held delivery for us until our floor was done, but delivered 1 day after I told them I was ready for it - under 2 weeks from start to finish! Amazed by the quality and comfort. Nicer than anything we’ve ever bought in more expensive stores. Fabric quality and stitching is outstanding. Honestly couldn’t be happier!

Going to start by saying I’m REALLY fussy. I’ve been looking for a long I-shaped sofa for the best part of a year now. Saw Sofa & Friends online and went to the showroom to check the ‘comfiness’. We went for the tulum in biscuit and it is fabulous and such a reasonable price. We’ve had our new sofa for a week now and it’s just what I was looking for. We placed the order on 30 September and it arrived on 7 October - amazing. The delivery team were quick, polite and super efficient. I cannot recommend this company more - we’ll be using them again in the near future.

I started following sofa and friends on insta a while back love how friendly and relatable they come across, they sell beautiful, quality sofas and most importantly affordable specially in the current market we live in. I had my eye on the navagio modular sofa since forever, went to the showroom to see it in person(just as beautiful as the pics&so comfy) everyone was so lovely and helpful there to top it off after I purchased my beautiful sofa I got told that they could deliver it the next day which was incredible! I received it today(delivery men were awesome so patient and helpful) and I couldn’t be happier with my new sofa!!! Thank you so much sofa and friends I can’t fault a thing from the service to the sofa been 10/10

After looking for a modular sofa for ages we came across Sofa and Friends online and the Tulum was exactly what we had been looking for. The woman in the shop was very helpful and we were able to order it in a different colour to standard, this meant it took a bit longer, but we are absolutely delighted with it. Fabulous quality and it looks great.

I saw the Navagio at my friends house and contacted them via Instagram. They gave really quick responses and when I went to the showroom they had a great variety to explore and the sales rep was also really helpful. I ordered a 3 piece Navagio in cream. Looking forward to it being delivered.

We visited the showroom on Monday evening and fell in love with their Tucano sofa. Before purchasing we were reminded to check our measurements. (We have a very small door frame and narrow hallway). We checked that it was possible and paid for the sofa on the Tuesday and collected it that same afternoon! (We lived nearby). The lady was welcoming and answered any questions we had; she seemed to know about the actual sofa, which a lot of the time isn’t the case in furniture shops. The sofa is of high quality and looks as good as it does online! We are not one to leave reviews but we are just so happy with the service and hoping this could help someone else make the decision as it is always a risk trusting instagram… We advise going to their showroom first. Thank you guys.

Sofas and friends are a fantastic company!!! They go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns and have very quick delivery. The delivery men were also very lovely and helpful. They helped with the unpacking and placement.

What an amazing experience I have had with Sofas and Friends. I ordered my sofa and it arrived within 7 days. The sofa is absolutely beautiful makes such a statement in my living , it says three seater but you can fit way more people on it! It is super cosy ! Ordered the sofa on Thursday afternoon, was delivered by Friday morning. Really great customer service, smooth delivery, couldn’t ask for more! The sofa is beautiful too, very comfortable. We ordered the Tucano. Delivery drivers unwrapped and built the sofa for us. Excellent service from start to finish.
