Can’t believe how good the quality of the sofa is considering how affordable it was. Really easy and quick. Delivered 3 days after we ordered. Really recommend

Worst company ever. Terrible customer service. The owner shouting down the phone when it was them that sent out a damaged and dirty sofa. Pay the extra and go somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please READ THIS review if you want an honest review of both the quality of the furniture and customer service. Sofa & friends delivered furniture to me (TULUM) in November 2023 and after 2 weeks, the material on the sofa started to bobble severely on one seat. I contacted them immediately and after chasing numerous times was advised they would replace the piece that was bobbling (note- the sofa is modular). I advised them that I had no issues with that as long as the new piece matched completely. Upon delivering the replacement piece, it was noted by both myself and THEIR drivers that it did NOT match. It was not flush or level and there was a noticeable difference. They stated they would come back with other pieces and ‘try to find a match’. They returned the following week with YET AGAIN another piece that did not match (agreed by driver) but the owner advised they are all uneven (despite my original being completely flush?) and that there was nothing they could do about it. They attempted to add pieces to the furniture to make it ‘appear’ flush which evidenced their was a clear issue. I am now proceeding with LEGAL action against this company. In addition to the alarming level of customer service / lack of, the manager of this company is vile. Completely and utterly vile. He posts on social media all day acting like sales man of the year but quite frankly once you have purchased from him, he treats you with a level of customer care you wouldn’t expect if the furniture was free. Very disrespectful , laughed at my concerns and sent me a laughing emoji and thumbs up when I advised I would be taking it further. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered the Tignes sofa, absolutely love it, the quality of sofa is amazing, delivery was fast 💨 would highly recommend.

Ordered the Biscuit Tulum and I am absolutely in love!! It is so comfy and looks stunning😍 delivery was very fast and although I had to take my front door off to fit it in my home I have to give it to them that it is very well wrapped 😂🫶🏼 wouldn’t order a sofa from any other company!! Customer service is excellent as well cannot fault the people at Sofa&Friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to visit sofa and friends 6 weeks ago and fell in love with a sofa. Very helpful and pulled sofas apart so we could visualise the look we wanted. Was not expecting the sofa to arrive before Christmas as we did a special order but it came today and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for your service! Absolutely amazing rapid service. Sofa was delivered within 4 days of ordering. Delivery men were so helpful and pleasant. Sofa and friends actual warehouse the team were so helpful and friendly. I am so so happy. Beautiful quality would definitely recommend!

Visited the store after seeing it on instagram. Ended up buying a different one than what we actually went to see as we liked it even more. Sofa arrived today, just over 4 weeks from when ordered which is what we were told. It feels very good quality and much more to our style than what we had seen in DFS etc. seems very good value for money. highly recommend

The perfect sofa! After knowing exactly what I wanted and couldn’t find a sofa similar I thought I was going to have to have one made bespoke. Until I came across a sponsored ad on Instagram from sofa and friends with the exact sofa I was looking for! I messaged the Instagram account to see if it could be pieced together to made my desired look and after a prompt reply with the pieces I would need and how to piece them together we ordered and are sat on the sofa 6 days later! We love it thankyou!
