United Kingdom | 18 November 2020Very disappointing. Health Monthly used to be reliable but not anymore. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my order being dispatched. Customer service are completely ignoring my emails ...just sending out an automated response blaming covid. I have requested a refund but no response. I have got the products elsewhere...2-3 days after placing the order. Hopefully I'll be able to get a refund via paypal. Avoid this company! PS after contacting Jersey Trading Standards I finally today 2 December 2020 got a full refund for the items I didn't receive. And also last week I finally had a personal email reply from Health Monthly in response to Trading Standards contacting them.

United Kingdom | 18 November 2020I’ve been using this company for many years but I’ve decided not to buy anything from this seller from now on. Since pandemic, there have been some delivery issues, but as long as the dispatch was prompt, I didn’t mind that. But this time, my order was placed on 29th Oct, but it still hasn’t dispatched ( since more than 3 weeks!) So I’ve just requested to cancel the order, ( as I had to buy my pills urgently from elsewhere) but the customer service replied that they can’t do that(!) as its warehouse already printed the order(?), but it hasn’t dispatched it yet. Unbelievable!! How convenient a way to make an excuse! Surely, if it hasn’t been sent yet, they can remove the printed order! Very bad service! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

My order has now arrived, perfectly packaged, and the cream looks lovely! Very impressed all round. Thank you!

They appear completely unable to deliver orders when placed within their own allotted delivery time scale. This has resulted in me having to source additional products from other sources due to the excessive delays. It’s has become apparent that it’s easier to purchase things from China and receive them than from HealthMonthly which is very disappointing. If you decide to use this company, don’t expect anything anytime soon????

United Kingdom | 16 November 2020When I opened this package, which took about one month (as shown on original confirmation), the Doctor Best Collagen Tablets were “with Vitamin C”, NOT “with Peptans”, as ordered. This was slightly disappointing as the tablets took a lot of sourcing!

Very simple what day is my delivery coming Sorry we well deliver never answer the specific question Asked them to cancel my order same old reply ( sorry for the delay in your delivery ) I WOULD NEVER ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY AGAIN THER ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY and SELLING ITEMS NOT IN STOCK

First I kept getting automated emails, then I got a reply from someone called Chad, and have had the cost of my order credited to a health shop.net site. Still giving me the excuse of Covid causing delayed shipping, yet no other company has. I will be contacting jersey trading standards as someone stated below

United Kingdom | 15 November 2020Utterly pathetic and unscrupulous company. They offer no tracking, give no idea of approximately when the order may arrive. They won't offer a refund or when a refund might be available. Just sorry you will have to patient and wait. Ordered 25th September, now 15th November and still the same position. Pointed them to Consumer Rights Act and claimed from my credit card. Hopeless! A shame as they were pre Covid quite decent.

Sent several emails and only got an automated email. Complained to paypal and opened a dispute. Will never order from them again. Avoid at all costs.

With 24 hours of emailing Jersey Trading Standards with my complaint - I received a full refund. Apparently I am unable to simply mention their email address in this forum, so you'll need to 'Google' Jersey Trading Standards for it Good luck.

United Kingdom | 14 November 2020Used this company without issue for years but last order placed in August and advised dispatched in August has not arrived. Company advised me to keep waiting which I did for nearly 3 months and refused request to resend and then refund. Got money back by raising a PayPal claim. If I had seen all the other recent negative reviews I would not have wasted all the time I did attempting communication with the company. A real shame as this company sold products I liked at good prices. Unfortunately something has gone majorly wrong!
