They accepted my order, took my money, then……. NOTHING Why? Because they were selling something that they did not have. After a very long delay during which time they did not contact me, I called them and asked for a full refund. Let’s see if I get that — will update this review. UPDATE: Refund received fairly quickly. When trying to check the status of my order they try and bump you off to their web site. Doubtless because they have so many customers ignored and waiting. From my experience (and reviews by other unhappy customers) I’d advise you to not buy from this disreputable company.

Where to even begin, this place is absolutely disgusting, I bought a subwoofer from them for a large amount of money, after finding out that it didn’t work with my car I returned the product brand new, this was okay and they accepted the return, due to the size of the product, I could find a courier that would take it, so I called them and agreed that I could return it to there store for a processing fee, I agreed and didn’t mind, no amount for the fee was discussed on the phone and I was told that the person in the shop would sort that out, I returned the product to the store like planned, the person in the shop never said anything about a processing fee, I have then recieved the refund to find that I had been charged £75 fee to return it which is absolutely absurd, I have called the company to try and sort it out with them to which I was met with owner, the owner of this company is really really rude, he was swearing on the phone, he was getting very aggressive and talking over me when I was talking, he was lying about what we had discussed and what was agreed, and then he ultimately hung up the phone on me. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are con artists and they will take advantage of you, there are much better company’s out there that you can use so do not use this one as the way they treat their customers is vile. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been met with

Absolute joke - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I placed an order that was apparently in stock, paid for next day delivery. When nothing arrived I contacted them to be told that part of my order should be with them in 2-3 weeks !!! Customer service said “can’t you buy this part locally” - what when I’ve paid for you to deliver it next day - really !!! As the order was over £1300 and hadn’t been shipped I asked for a cancellation and an immediate refund. This has now turned into a PayPal claim as they still haven’t refunded my money. Total rip off and bad service - never again.

I purchased the item on Thursday 28th of July. At the time I paid for next day delivery. I received the item on Thursday 4th of August. So as you can see it was not the next day but the next week. NOT HAPPY

The delivery was excellent of the goods received, but there was no Bonus free gift included in the box, so I am knocking a star off for that reason. Its, and shame, because I wanted to know what the free gift was.

Selling items that are out of stock, and being told it could be weeks if not months before its back in. Promptly cancelled the order, but still waiting for refund to appear in my account after being told 48hrs

To begin with there price promise means nothing, you ring to ask them to match a price and they say its out of stock to prevent them having to honour their promise, even though it is in stock and allows you to place the order online amd pay, then 2nd time i rang after receiving my order i needed some help with a small issue but abruptly told its a professional job to fit a head unit when its only a case of plugging in the iso which i did, i only needed to clarify a few details of extra wiring, but i could tell instantly the bloke i was speaking with had no intention of helping, just kept saying its a job for a professional, customer service is appauling only getting 2 stars because my headunit was delivered quickly, god help if my unit ever developes an issue 😟

I received a package of speakers from Car Audio Centre that were not sealed. The box had obviously been opened as the drivers were full of dust and there was even some dried foliage in there. The package the tweeters in had been crushed and punctured, luckily not harming the cones. I had no choice but to fit them that day. I sent in photographs as customer services advised, but they were very unhelpful and did not offer any refund for the time it took me to clean them before installation. I will not be using Car Audio Centre again.

Purchased the Alpine Car Audio Systems SPC-108T6 for my T6. These were by far the best price around with quick delivery. Would recommend to anyone.
