changed to D energy as they offered a 4 year rate. There were a couple of problems in setting up the account but the costumer service guys were first rate and it was all sorted the same day.

Some of the innovative and forward thinking account managers I deal with there on a daily basis are some of the best around. Efficiency, customer care, and honesty are just three of the key traits I find in every employee I speak to at D-energi, but none more so than Emma.

We recently came to the end of a fixed contract with Eon and when we had the renewals through the prices had increased by 70%. Having looked for alternative suppliers we chose D-Energi and are very pleased. The transfer process was very easy. We received lots of informative confirmation emails during the process making for a stress-free transfer. The quotes and contracts were very simple to understand, one of the few suppliers which would clearly state the unit prices whereas others would shroud them in mystery. We look forward to the contract ending on our other meter so we can switch that to D-Energi too!

I have been with d-energi for a few years now and when I needed to contact them they have always resolved my query promptly and efficiently. I could get better prices but its really the service why I continue to stay with them.

Great Customer service but a question lingers. D-Energi initially offered me an excellent rate, which I was pleased to accept. When the welcome pack came through it arrived with a huge transportation cost attached to it that I had not previously been made aware of. However, upon voicing my bewilderment at this rate, the Customer Service Director got in touch with me and immediately resolved the situation with consummate professionalism. Apparently it was due to an internal error. I am now happily paying exactly the rate agreed initially. However, I would advise people to check the contract for where it says ‘transportation costs’ before you sign anything.
