I recently shopped around to renew the electricity contract for our micro business and got what seemed to be a good deal with D-Energi. I signed the contract agreeing the terms and was then told by the broker that D-Energi had not stated transportation costs on the contract, which would increase our standing charge from 23.46p per day to 121.46p per day!!! An additional £357 per year. To impose this increase after terms have been offered and a contract signed is disgraceful. At best it's amateurish and disorganised, at worst it's sharp practice. I'd love to move away from the big energy providers but with behaviour like this, I shan't be asking for a quote from D-Energi again.

South Africa | 25 July 2017I am a broker and found their service to be so excellent and on the ball compared to other suppliers that make us wait up to 15 days just to get information and/or process a change of tenancy. I was able to get my customers contract live in JUST One Day. It was an absolute pleasure working with them to get information and process a contract so efficiently.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2017Have just moved a number of our gas supplies to D-Energi, from two different hotels and hit a problem regarding dates of transfer, which might have cost us £1000's, however with a little help from Peter Singh, one of the Sales team, appears to have been resolved, first time I have probably ever had a good thing to say about one of the Energy companies, hopefully once all of the supplies are moved over we will continue to receive the same great service.

Having just renewed with them for a 3rd time, I can say that the service offered has been first class and onthe few occasions I have to contact them they have always resolved any issues swiftly & efficiently. Jo is a credit to the D-ENERGi team, who has done a great job of being my contact for several years. I have previously switched away and immediately regretted it as the switch over was a complete nightmare. With D-ENERGi you are always get billed, pricing is always competitive and a friendly voice on hand when ever needed.

For me it’s getting through to a real person whenever needed and the prices are always in the top 3, therefore I feel there is no need to switch my supplier, has been suggested by various other energy brokers to me. I have been using d energi for several years at first I was reluctant to change over any of our sites, as I had never heard of them. They initially brokered some of a larger industrial sites and did a terrific job. They now supply more or less all our sites. I have moved a few sites away in the past only to come back later, after reciving appalling service elsewhere. For me the real driver is the service, I can always get hold of my contacts as and when needed. No long waiting times, I have been offered better prices but after the hassle of changing in the past I always go back to them and they match any rates I get, overall great company to work with.
