As a busy financial director of a large hospitality group. D-ENERGi has been my go to energy partner now for around 8 years. Yes my account managers have changed hands over the years, but generally the level of support provided to me in contacting suppliers stream lining agreements, reducing operating costs has really been outstanding and can't be faulted. I have built up excellent working relationships with various staff in particular Robina, Jo, Wendy. All of which have gone beyond there line duty to help when called upon. No long queuing times, rates are always good, and always someone on hand if needed. I have no hesitation in recommending D-ENERGi and its staff.

Met the D-ENERGi staff at a careshow a few years ago they seemed all pleasant and professional they was even kind enough to give me plenty of goodies, including even an Umbrella! Which left a impression. I switched over around 3 years ago, and have not changed since. They explained from the beginning how they work and how they can help us with our various business fuel contracts - and were totally transparent and clear in communicating. They explained how they differ from other companies and how easy it is for the customer to sign up to contracts they don't understand with unclear or unfair small print. They also helped me to identify that many companies cold calling me were not to be trusted as they seek to take information and control of contracts from the customer... all very interesting. We therefore quickly built up a rapport with our contacts at D-Energi - as we have personal and direct communication with specific D-Energi contacts across the relevant departments. This is brilliant in itself - you never get that close relationship built up over the years with other energy companies!! Paperwork is clear and there is always someone at the end of the phone or email to assist if you need a hand. They always look for the BEST DEALS out there, explain them and guide us through the process of renewal etc. When one company does such a great job of saving you money, communicating and looking after multiple business contracts there is absolutely no reason to ever need to go anywhere else! They have taken ALL THE STRESS AWAY from me - all I used to get is stress dealing with energy companies and suppliers - overcharged, auto renewed etc, hours wasted trying to get through on the phone only to be cut off or dealt with by the wrong department or impersonal call centers. Now it's a breeze as D-energi help us in all these areas and we don't have to do anything! Even down to meter changes etc- they are amazing and go that extra mile setting everything up!
