India | 16 August 2024Staff made me say our experience was Good, But the problem is location of lakewood which is very isolated. If it was on way to panchgani or mahabaleshwar it would make more sense I think. 4-5 kms off center is ok but a place where there is no network or a place so isolated will make us think twice because in case of any emergency God forbid in our age, we would appreciate place near the reachable services. But the property per se no problem.

India | 15 August 2024As always the Karma Resort we use strives for perfection & achieves EXCELLENCE in all respects. My wife and me stayed at the Royal Palms at Benaulim. Goa for a week starting 2nd August 2024 & enjoyed every bit of the stay - right from the booking handled by Manoj & Nidhi to the wonderful welcome we received from the front desk team - Messrs Betty, Neol & another lady whose name i cannot remember. The housekeeping was excellent, thanks to Sunny, the parking facility (which is a blessing) was well managed by Aman & Lakra. Last but not the least was the great wholesome breakfast coupled with excellent service by Joisus, Divya and the rest. Overall - an experience we will cherish for a long time to come. Please keep up the good work and we will keep recommending you to our friends. Warm Regards & Thank you very much.

The hotel location is very central & good for sightseeing purpose in Las Vegas. The hotel staff very supportive & it was our pleasure to stay there. New Zealand | 15 August 2024Had a wonderful relaxing time staying at Karma Kandara. The location is a stunning spot. Cliff top infinity pool and restaurant. Over the years the beach has become safer with the build up of sand and the completed breakwater built has calmed the strong current. The food and Spa are a lot more expensive than the Bali norm but all else it pretty luxurious.

India | 15 August 2024V stayed in karma sunshine bangalore.... Food was good... Staffs were courteous...SPL THANKS TO MR GOVINDARAJ AND SRIJITH... But... Cottages were tooooo small and conjested...fixed food menu... No other option at all.. Overall experience... GOOD..

Australia | 14 August 2024The location of the resort was ideal, far from the city but still close to railway station, shops, restaurants, etc. The swimming pool, gym was also great. Front office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Housekeeping staff also did there job well. We were not very happy with the food and beverage team, breakfast menu did not change for 7 consecutive days, Indian Food night was not up to the standards. Did not bother to dine in other nights.

Australia | 14 August 2024Royal Karma Jimbaran is a quiet peaceful relaxing resort, in the most beautiful Bali gardens, the staff reflect their surroundings, genuinely welcoming and making sure all our need are met without intruding into your space. The food was excellent. We had such a beautiful room overlooking the pool, our drinks were delivered to us where we sat in the privacy of our patio.

India | 14 August 2024Stay at Hathi Mahal, Karma was great. The staff was courteous. Bar had the right ambience . Bartender knew his business. Multitude of Jacuzzi placed at comfortable reach from the rooms was a attraction. Villa was very comfortable. However, the Dining experience can be refined by a personal touch which was found wanting. The Menu of Buffet needs to be enhanced .

Saudi Arabia | 14 August 2024though they have great resorts in Asia pacific but for me i am always booking via RCI exchange where i need to spend some additional fee however so far, the experience is wonderful, and they can try to reduce the maintenance fee so that it can be more competitive.

India | 14 August 2024Not good in rainy season Royal Monterio is not good in rainy season. Entire building have leakage problem. Floor are too slippery. Location is too good. In My every vacation in goa, bangluru etc, the Karma employees waste my time to convey me to upgrade my membership. We have our plan & they waste members happy time.

India | 04 August 2024As usual I left a Karma property with a huge smile on my face! This was Karma Bavaria, in an idyllic picturesque location called Schlieersee- one hour from Munich. Everything was picture perfect, right from being picked up at Munich airport by a taxi we had booked, to the courtesy, hospitality, and smiling service of the staff and the delicious daily breakfast. The resort was so comfortable with swimming pool jacuzzi and steam room which I used practically daily. We stayed there for 5 nights including the 2 day Karma experience. As participants we were treated with some local sightseeing and a visit to a local brewery, a 100 yr old cabin serving local food, an ancient bakery and foraging, which is walking in the forest and gathering and learning about herbs used for cooking . It ended with a delicious 5 course dinner made by the talented chefs Lucia and Augustus and us learning a bit about German cooking. We were lucky that the head of Europe operations Valerios was there. He along with Nihaan made our stay even more enjoyable with their personalised touches. I would like to add that in recent years every Karma resort has been a joy to visit. Last year inJan 23 I went to Hoi An Vietnam for a week. The warmth of the staff there actually brought tears to my eyes I was traveling alone and they took such good care, it was unforgettable. Unfortunately I did not send a review then, so I'm mentioning it now. We went to Martam Sikkim also and to the Kerala resort which was also beautiful.. And a visit to Goa Haathi Mahal every 2 years is a must. We enjoy every moment at Haathi Mahal and therefore go there often. Look forward to visiting many more Karma properties in the future.
