United Arab Emirates | 01 August 2024As a karma member from 2014,this was my first visit to Hathi Mahal Goa.My check in time was afternoon but was accommodated temporarily in a hotel room till that time without any charges. Special thanks to dear Vikaash, who helped us in early morning 6AM.Also my request for Villa location opposite Pool was honored and the Villa was excellent.The dinning Buffet was good ,however the staff at the Dining hall was not very friendly and looked overworked. Also not sure if the staff was barred from giving a smile as they were very serious and seem very un interested in giving the information.During breakfast,it was chaos as the plates run out and we have wait for them.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2024I’ve been a member of Karma for many years now and have been to several Karma properties including Crete, Spain and Bali. Each property has its own wonderful qualities but each property has the same excellent service and staff that really made me feel like I was a part of the family. I love the activities and experiences they offer. Karma Kandara is my favourite property and the one I have had the most stays at. It is a tranquil setting with each villa beautifully designed and the plunge pool a real highlight. I make my week at Kandara like a health retreat each year and train at the gym, do the boxing and yoga classes, and the new ice bath in the spa makes a great addition to the infrared sauna and jacuzzi. The private beach club at the bottom of the stairs is my favourite place to spend the day relaxing after the morning training session. The lifeguards are very friendly and help you with the water sports and I always enjoy a paddle in the kayak or on the stand up boards. Karma beach club always has great music, with intentional Djs, movies on Tuesday night on the big screen and a great theme night every week. The service is excellent and you can get a healthy snack or smoothie at the beach or a lovely seafood meal from the Club 22 restaurant. The staff are always friendly and offer suggestions for other activities and local restaurants to try. But my favourite meal is always at their award winning restaurant Di Mare up overlooking the main pool with wonderful ocean views. We have never had a disappointing meal there. The highlight of my recent trip to Kandara in July was being apart of the Mt Batur sunrise experience and the E bike tours. These activities run my the manager Ed King were thoroughly enjoyable and I can’t wait to experience them again next time. I highly recommend making the most of the activities whilst you stay at any of the Karma properties as they really are well thought out and make your holiday that little bit more special as you get to see the heart of the country you are visiting and not just snooze through it on another beach. I can’t wait to visit Karma Kandara again! 🌺

India | 31 July 2024Spend almost 1000 CAD every two years on fees for membership, yet the one time when I booked my vacation for my family, they cancel it. I booked a penthouse in thailand in January 2024 and it was confirmed for July. However sometime in may my penthouse booking was cancelled and I was offered two standard rooms instead. This was done without my consent, and without rhyme or reason. Absolutely terrible customer service, they never have rooms available and make false promises. Would not reccomend to anyone, stay away, you'd be better off paying extra for a real hotel group, or just staying at local well reviewed hotels.

India | 31 July 2024Karma haveli jaipur, a heritage property, located in the old city and its a centre where all the market and heritage places are nearby, Visited Albert museum, zoo, hawamahal, amer killa, Also enjoyed the sweets in desi ghee from 176 old halwai named Sodhay's halwai. Visited the market for jaipuri blanket and other items from jaipur , market are Bapu bazaar, nehru bazaar and indira baazar nearby. Also not to forget Mr Narendra Singh ji who is a senior Manager in this Karma Haveli. He is a fantastic person and a gentelman and gives his support in each and every problems you face there going out of the way also. Thanks to Karma for a Great Heritage property.

India | 31 July 2024Visited the karma chakra @ kumarakom kerala. Great property.... Food was absolutely outstanding, superb service provided by staff at the hotel. Also visited karma munnar. Here while the view from the rooms was breathtaking there is not much more that I can add about the property. Staff as usual go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.... however food I found was overpriced even after the discount given and considering not many places within walking distance, that would be a negative. Not a very large property so u do get isolated to your room... Having said that my holiday experiences with Karma have been nothing short of exceptional.

Australia | 31 July 2024We were able to stay at Wyndham - Manoir des Deux Amants in Connelles in Normandy through our Karma fractional ownership. The amenities were really great with separate rooms for kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. A lovely balcony overlooking the Seine River, washing machine to enable us to head home with a "clean" lot of clothes in our suitcase. Each day, we received a simple breakfast which got us going for the day and using the local bus, we were able to shop at a local supermarket for all of the things we needed for the week. On our first night, we enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant across the road from the resort and made a lovely friend there as a bonus for our meal. For the most part, our stay there was without the use of a rental vehicle, so we relied on the use of public transport, which the staff organised to come to Connelles for us to catch each day for just 1 Euro per trip. From the local Val de Reuil railway station, we were able to travel to Vernon - Gilverny to visit Claude Monet's house and garden and to Rouen to visit the city and all of its amazing sights. When we did hire a vehicle, the office manager there spoke no English at all but with some help via a phone call to the Wyndham staff, we were able to finalise the transaction and take the car for a spin. We thoroughly enjoyed the French countryside and our lack of our own vehicle for most of the time there was no impediment to a great experience of French culture and history. Given the chance, we would stay again and take the opportunity to visit some of the more far away sites like Omaha Beach, Bayeux and the Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel.

Very forthcoming and pleasant personality. 2. Sohail( lady) who was from room service helped every day to maintain the room. Pleasant and always with a smile. India | 31 July 2024I was being offered a stay at a hefty discount on points. Stayed at your Royal Palms Benaulim property. Sorry to say that the room was so cramped up. There was seepage in the bedroom and the whole floor got wet. We were 4 of us and the arrangement was made for 2. We had to ask for provision for other two folks. The sofa+bed was a nightmare. We had asked for a room on the top floor with a view, whereas we were being given a room with no view et all. Remember, we are members and not the folks who are invited for subscribing to membership. Food was reasonably priced. There ought to be variety in veg dishes. I will never visit this property again.

Despite booking and explaining I was bringing an elderly lady and had only 1 hour, I had to get up 4 times to chase service and order at the bar. Waitress didn't even look our way when serving other guests. My trout paté was served with pickles so strong they gave me a coughing fit and I had to go to the bathroom to recover! Toast was far too crispy. Unable to serve a senior portion of fish and chips so half was left. And a service charge added of £4 on an already expensive lunch of £33. 2 stars given for the amazing view.

Australia | 30 July 2024We stayed at Karma Minoan in Crete, Greece. The resort was amazing! I travelled with my husband and 2 year old son. We had the two bedroom suite and it was so spacious and the balcony views were just surreal. We loved every minute of it. The location was great and close to many restaurants and beaches. I do recommend renting a car though and there's a handful of carpark spots next to the resort. The staff were all so helpful and sweet. I didn't give 5 stars because there's no kitchenette other than a kettle and 2 cups. The room service took way too long 1+ hour and was sometimes unavailable. However overall I will definitely be back!
