India | 25 July 2024I had recently been to Karma Kandara - Bali , i must say the property was amazing , the staff were so co-operative , Everything was up to the mark, I am 8-9 old member with Karma , i started with nominal , then became their Emerald Customer, and after Kandara i have been upgraded myself as Ownership member of Karma. I am glad that i am member of Karma Group. My Kids just love the vacation in Karma .

United Kingdom | 25 July 2024My husband and I had booked a week with Karma Bavaria but a few weeks before the trip he broke his leg and could not accompany me so I took a family friend instead. I can't fault the service we received from Karma Bavaria. The reception staff were welcoming, always pleasant and very helpful. The accommodation was excellent and better than we had expected. The breakfast had so much choice in an all you can eat buffet. In fact we didn't need to eat lunch after the substantial breakfast we had everyday. The manager would stop by while we were having our coffee to ask what our plans were for the day and would give us helpful suggestions. The weather was mostly fine and sunny but one rainy day we made good use of the gym, swimming pool, hot tub and jacuzzi. It was my third visit to Karma Bavaria and I noticed that the Bar on this visit was not at all busy whereas on my two previous visits the Bar had been very busy and lively. We chatted to the barman Kai who told us he had only been there for two weeks and he was hoping to revive the bar again and on our last night there he was succeeding because there were several guests enjoying a drink at the bar and we enjoyed a pleasant half hour there with a cocktail. The food in the restaurant was good and you could choose from the menu or go for the "special" of the night. The restaurant staff were always pleasant and polite. On the day we left we had to catch the 6.30am train to Munich. Reception arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station and we were also offered a packed meal to take with us. All in all a very pleasant stay at Karma Bavaria and I would highly recommend this resort. The gardens could do with a bit more attention regarding shrubs and flowers.....and some weeding!

Australia | 25 July 2024Extremely helpful and friendly staff at all levels. We have stayed at several of the Karma Group Resorts, and they have all been excellent. We particularly enjoyed our last stay with them at Karma Kandara Bali. All of the staff members from buggy drivers, restaurant staff, reception, and member relations were so friendly and helpful.

This was possible due to us frequently checking Karma's website for External exchanges and Karm team booking it soon. We had a memorable stay. The resort was excellent and staff was very hospitable.

India | 22 July 2024I was a solo traveler to Karma Salford Hall. The journey from London as you enter the countryside is scenic. The lush Gardens, the variety of flowers, the pines you feel you are entering a palace. Yes indeed it is King Henry VIII. Infact I feel I am fortunate to get this experience. The rooms have been well maintained keeping that culture intact. The food is a delicacy. The staff is very kind, cooperative, supportive. I missed on the Stirling Scotland experience due to my health breakdown. Raiza Fernandes from India, helped me throughout my stay. And i owe her my gratefulness also to all at Salford Hall who made my stay a comfortable and memorable one. Thanks to all. One thing I can recommend is that you guys should keep one day tour to the countryside wherein we can explore more of this place. I am visiting this place again with my family.

India | 21 July 2024The best one week stay one can think of. Amazing property, lovely staff . Nothing to complain about. We were 6 college friends and everyone enjoyed to the utmost. This is now over one year we had visited and whenever we think of this vacation all of us get goosebumps. We can not stop of talking about it whenever we meet. No wonder why we have planned another vacation at this place starting 27th July 2024 , this time with family.

India | 19 July 2024Worst experience with staff at property. Was open for general public. Unhygienic restaurant with a fleet of houseflies. No fly catcher or insect killer there. Front desk staff totally ignorant. House keeping staff in old torn uniforms. No response from house keeping on repeated calls regarding AC. Kids couldn’t sleep in bcz of low temperature as there was no remote control as well as on off switch for AC. Overall I wasted my seven days at Karma Utopia.

India | 18 July 2024We were a group of 7, getting together after about 4 years for a family reunion. First of all, I wanted to thank the team at the Karma Concierge, for making it possible. Although I realized that getting 4 rooms at the beginning of holiday season in the UK would be difficult, the team worked quietly behind the scenes and made it possible. There was hardly any going to and fro, my having to follow up on things and each of my email requests (I dislike telephonic conversations), were responded to. Once we reached the place, it was like we were transported to a different era. The place is stupendous. Its just what we needed to cut off from the business of life, and just stop to enjoy creation and the beauty of nature. My grown up kids, who I was not sure about how they would enjoy being cut off from city life, bustling nightlife and all the noise and confusion associated with a city, just seamlessly morphed into a different gear, taking cycles from the reception and went exploring the countryside. The first day that we were there, there was a free wine and cheese tasting, and that was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we met and interacted with some lovely guests there as well. Thank you Karma, and a big shout out to those in the front who we saw and those who patently worked behind the scenes, working out our bookings etc. We really appreciate you.

India | 18 July 2024HATHI MAHAL!!! What can I say about this place??? Let me start by saying, its like a second home to us!!! We have been coming here very year for the past 15 years and the comfort that it provides makes us say that’s its like coming to our second home!! We are a family of three, but we have been coming here along with our friends… Like my friend (who too is a member of the Karma group now) said this last week when we were in Hathi Mahal, ‘We have a lot of group photos by the poolside and most of those are at the SPLASH BAR’!!! High Points: 1. The topmost in this category is the amazing and courteous staff. 100 on 100 points for all the staff!! Never have we seen them troubled/ agitated or irritated (atleast with us!!!) All of them always wish us with a beaming smile and a pleasant face. Everyone is extremely helpful and cooperative. 2. The check in and check out process has always been a smooth affair. There never has been any confusion / delay or miscommunication. 3. The upgraded villas have been tastefully done. Attention to detail for making the look and feel of an upgraded standard is pretty evident. So great job there. 4. The overall planning of the layout of Hathi Mahal is just fantastic. Every nook and corner is a photo opportunity. One just can’t stop clicking pictures once we are there. As mentioned, before we have by now photos of various spaces in Hathi Mahal in hundreds!!! 5. The Attwood bar is again a superb place to hang out. Very tastefully done interiors, spaces well thought of. 6. The pool area, Splash bar and the activity center is always buzzing with positive energy and it’s a good sign of a prospering resort!! 7. The in-house store is also decently stocked up. So it’s quite convenient to shop within the premise. Low Points: 1. The major complaint that we have is the availability of villa space. The first request always has a negative availability response. We have to really pursue /adjust dates to get villa bookings here. 2. Sincerely request the management team to upgrade their other properties in Goa and get them to equivalent level of look and feel along with staff as much as there is at Hathi Mahal. As a result, Hathi mahal is always overbooked. Like I have mentioned before, we have been coming here from a long time and we have seen the crowd balloon up. But that might put additional pressure in the overall service offered eventually. 3. Small tweaks like ease of parking space/ facility (understand the crunch of available space currently) , allowing convenience baskets from the in house store to be taking to the villas, being slightly strict about pool rules for guests, having offers on breakfast etc might make the stay more appreciated!!! 4. Also, even though we understand the business targets, the representatives pursuing for a meeting to explain latest offerings sometimes is a nuisance. Most of us are on holiday here with certain daily agendas. It’s extremely difficult to take out time for such meetings. So those constant phone calls become irritating at times. But as mentioned before, and we shall keep mentioning the same…. HATHI MAHAL is like a home away from home in the land of good times!!! Keep up the great work!!

India | 18 July 2024We were 21 members from a family and we had planned this monsoon holiday at Karma Haathi Mahal, Cavelossim. Family members trickled in one by one or family by family and we were welcomed warmly, a glass of water melon juice and a pretty smooth check in. 7 days of activity, great local Goan food (outside) and a fishing expedition, a first for most of us. The resort was brilliant, almost well maintained and very helpful staff. I've been a member for well over 12 years and I've faced challenges but I've seen progress and improvement. Well done team Haathi Mahal. Look forward to our next holiday. A suggestion. Consider a free breakfast offer for 'loyal members' of 10 years and over. Also introduce more economical pricing at your restaurant

India | 17 July 2024We enjoyed the stay in Karma Chakra from 9 to 12 July and relaxed. We had set up a bride and groom meeting there for our daughter. We received all support from the resort for that occasion. For the first time, we played the Soccer table till all of us fully exhausted. It was a Wonderful experience! There is a little more gap at some places on the walking bridges that not only children but grown ups also slip at times. Have to take care to check the uneven gaps. During one of our breakfast (10th I think) at the restaurant we found a piece of bread (2nd piece) with fungus and we reported it then and there. They have just replaced it with another piece without telling anything; but we had already eaten the first piece from the set. We were afraid of a probable food poison. Next day we avoided the breakfast. Have to take great care on food. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Regards Dominicsavio

While it is not a gold star resort it was authentic with real people who showed a genuine interest in our needs as Aussie tourists. It was well run by lovely people who identified with us knowing which room we had, our food and drinks likes and very keen to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. It was close to the beach and had lovely local businesses at our doorstep and no hassling hawkers as you stepped out onto the street.

I have been part of this group for years now and have been listening to their SALES team lying day in and out to get me to upgrade the package, change the time-share to ownership and lately become an investor itself... Finally after my contract finally ended but having valid points to be utilized till the end of the year, they have cancelled my account, limited access to the portal and the Customer Service informed me the following.... Get ready to hear the best line in the history of Customer Service: WE CAN CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING SINCE YOU HAVE VALID POINTS AND PROVIDE THE VOUCHERS BUT YOU CANNOT REDEEM THEM SINCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE.... There is no direct number to reach them and each time you set up a call back, you are in touch with a new advisor who doesn't have a clue what's happening and you have to go down the rabbit hole again and then not receive any callbacks from that person and the cycle continues....
